哑铃型钢管混凝土拱桥温度场及温度效应研究

【摘要】:本文以实桥工程为依托,对哑铃型钢管混凝土拱桥施工阶段水化热温度场及温度效应展开研究。着重分析了水化热温度场与温度效应分布特征与时变规律,并结合钢管混凝土灌注特点,对哑铃型钢管混凝土拱桥灌注次序进行优化。最后对水化热温度场影响因素进行分析,主要研究内容如下:(1)基于热传导与热力学有限元基本原理,分析应用有限元程序进行钢管混凝土拱桥施工阶段水化热温度场及温度效应计算基本流程,借鉴现有温度场研究理论,明确温度场分析基本假定。(2)根据水化热温度场有限元分析方法,具体讨论温度场有限元模型参数选取,并采用温度实测数据验证温度场分析方法与计算流程的可行性及准确性。以实桥工程为依托,分析钢管混凝土拱在混凝土水化放热作用下温度场与温度效应分布特点及变化规律。(3)针对哑铃型钢管混凝土拱桥的施工特点,结合混凝土灌注施工阶段水化放热作用,分析混凝土不同灌注次序对拱肋应力与变形的影响,形成哑铃型钢管混凝土拱桥灌注次序优化方法,为实际工程施工提供参考。(4)以实桥有限元模型为基础,对钢管混凝土拱水化热温度场影响因素进行参数分析,对比分析不同参数对温度场分布特点及变化规律的影响程度,为实际工程设计积累经验。
[Abstract]:Based on the actual bridge project, the temperature field and temperature effect of the hydration heat in the construction stage of the dumbbell shaped concrete filled steel tube arch bridge are studied. The distribution characteristics and time variation of the thermal temperature field and temperature effect are emphatically analyzed, and the perfusion sequence of the dumbbell shaped concrete filled steel tube arch bridge is optimized in the light of the concrete filling characteristics of the concrete filled steel tube. The main research contents are as follows: (1) based on the basic principle of heat conduction and thermodynamics finite element, the basic flow of thermal temperature field and temperature effect in the construction stage of concrete filled steel tube arch bridge is analyzed and applied by finite element program, and the analysis foundation of temperature field is defined for reference by the existing temperature field theory. This assumption. (2) according to the finite element analysis method of the hydrothermal temperature field, the parameter selection of the finite element model of the temperature field is discussed. The feasibility and accuracy of the temperature field analysis method and the calculation process are verified by the measured temperature data. The temperature field and temperature of the concrete steel tube under the action of the concrete hydration and heat release are analyzed with the real bridge engineering. (3) according to the construction characteristics of the dumbbell shaped concrete filled steel tube arch bridge, combined with the hydration and exothermic effect of the concrete pouring construction stage, the influence of different concrete perfusion sequence on the stress and deformation of the arch ribs is analyzed, and the optimization method of the dumbbell type concrete filled steel tube arch bridge perfusion sequence is formed to provide the practical engineering construction. (4) based on the real bridge finite element model, the influence factors of the hydration heat temperature field of the concrete-filled steel tube arch are analyzed, and the influence degree of the different parameters on the temperature field distribution and the change law is compared and analyzed, so as to accumulate experience for the actual engineering design.
