基于热老化作用的橡胶隔震支座力学性能时变规律研究

【摘要】:在对近海桥梁橡胶隔震支座和橡胶材料进行老化试验的基础上,分析橡胶材料参数随老化作用的时变规律,进而采用ABAQUS有限元软件对橡胶隔震支座的力学性能进行了模拟分析,得到了橡胶隔震支座力学性能时变规律。结果表明:老化试验前和老化试验20 d(折合时间环境40年)后的试验结果和有限元分析水平刚度误差分别为5.29%(未考虑温度修正)、10.96%(未考虑温度修正);老化试验前和老化20天后竖向刚度误差分别为3.01%、-7.88%,上述误差值均在可接受范围内,因此,由橡胶材料参数随老化作用的时变规律通过有限元分析得出的橡胶支座力学性能时变规律结果较可靠,本文的研究内容可为橡胶隔震支座老化性能的研究及桥梁结构全寿命抗震性能分析提供理论依据。
[Abstract]:Based on the aging tests of rubber isolation bearings and rubber materials of offshore bridges, the time-varying laws of rubber material parameters with aging are analyzed, and the mechanical properties of rubber isolation bearings are simulated by Abaqus finite element software. The time-varying laws of mechanical properties of rubber isolation bearings are obtained. The results show that the horizontal stiffness errors of the test results and the finite element analysis are 5.29 before aging test and 20 days after aging test (no temperature correction is taken into account; temperature correction is not taken into account; before aging test and before aging test, the horizontal stiffness error of finite element analysis is 5.29). After 20 days of aging, the vertical stiffness errors are 3.01 and 7.88, respectively, and the above errors are within the acceptable range. Therefore, the time-varying laws of rubber bearing mechanical properties obtained by finite element analysis based on the time-varying law of rubber material parameters with aging are more reliable. The research content of this paper can provide the theoretical basis for the study of the aging performance of rubber isolation bearing and the analysis of the whole life seismic performance of bridge structure.
