波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁连续刚构桥动力特性及抗震性能分析

【摘要】:波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁是一种用波形钢腹板替代普通箱梁的混凝土腹板的新型钢一预应力混凝土组合结构。工程实践表明,中、大跨径的桥梁懫用波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁结构能够减轻桥梁上部结构的重量,能显著降低地震激励的作用效果,能一定程度上提高桥梁的抗震性能。所以,波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁桥在地震多发区域的应用前景十分广阔。本文为重庆市科委项目“波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁连续刚构桥设计施工关键技术研究”和重庆市建委项目“波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁连续刚构桥建设成套技术研究”的一部分。近年来国内发生几次大地震,地震给我们带来了十分惨重的教训,特别是作为生命线工程的桥梁的抗震性能也越发受到人们的重视。为了尽量减小地震对桥梁产生的危害,本文对波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁连续刚构桥进行了动力特性及抗震性能分析。在此,本文进行了如下几方面的工作:①本文论述了波形钢腹板PC箱梁桥的发展概况及其技术特点,并且分析了现阶段波形钢腹板组合箱梁动力特性及抗震性能的研究现状,针对现阶段研究现状和研究课题提出本文研究问题。②在理论基础上以花天河大桥波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁连续刚构设计方案为研究对象,利用有限元结构分析软件Midas Civil对其进行了动力特性分析,并与普通混凝土PC连续刚构桥进行了对比分析;另外,本文又对截面参数对对波形钢腹板连续刚构桥动力性能的影响进行了研究,分别对波形钢腹板水平面板和折叠角不同的大小下桥梁的动力性能进行了分析。③分别用反应谱法和动态时程分析法对花天河大桥波形钢腹板方案进行了地震相应分析,同时对比分析了其与普通混凝土刚构桥方案的地震响应的差异;并且比较分析了花天河大桥波形钢腹板方案在两种分析方法下地震相应的不同。
[Abstract]:PC composite box girder with corrugated steel webs is a new type of steel-prestressed concrete composite structure which uses corrugated steel web to replace ordinary box girder. The engineering practice shows that the PC composite box girder structure with corrugated steel webs for medium and long span bridges can reduce the weight of the superstructure of the bridge, reduce the effect of earthquake excitation, and improve the seismic performance of the bridge to a certain extent. Therefore, PC composite box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs has a broad application prospect in earthquake prone areas. This paper is a part of the project of Chongqing Science and Technology Commission, "study on key Technology of Design and Construction of continuous rigid frame Bridge with corrugated Steel Web PC Composite Box girder" and "Construction Technology Research of PC Composite Box girder continuous rigid frame Bridge with Waveform Steel webs" of Chongqing Construction Commission. In recent years, there have been several major earthquakes in China, which have brought us a very heavy lesson, especially the seismic performance of bridges as lifeline engineering has been paid more and more attention. In order to reduce the damage caused by earthquake to the bridge, the dynamic characteristics and seismic behavior of continuous rigid frame bridge with PC composite box girder with corrugated steel web are analyzed in this paper. In this paper, the development and technical characteristics of corrugated steel web PC box girder bridge are discussed, and the present research status of dynamic characteristics and seismic performance of corrugated steel web composite box girder are analyzed. In view of the present research situation and research topic, this paper puts forward the research problem.2 on the basis of theory, the continuous rigid frame design scheme of PC composite box girder with corrugated steel web of Huatianhe Bridge is taken as the research object. The dynamic characteristics of the bridge are analyzed by the finite element structure analysis software Midas Civil, and compared with the ordinary concrete PC continuous rigid frame bridge. In this paper, the influence of section parameters on the dynamic performance of continuous rigid frame bridge with corrugated steel web is studied. The dynamic performance of bridges with different sizes of corrugated steel web panels and folding angles is analyzed respectively. 3. The seismic response spectrum method and dynamic time history analysis method are used to analyze the seismic behavior of the corrugated steel web of Huatianhe Bridge. At the same time, the difference between the seismic response of the bridge and the ordinary concrete rigid frame bridge is analyzed, and the difference of seismic response between the corrugated steel web plate scheme of Huatianhe Bridge and that of the ordinary concrete rigid frame bridge is analyzed.
