船舶岸电技术应用研究

【摘要】:船舶岸电技术是指允许装有特殊设备的船舶在泊位期间接入码头陆地侧的电网,从岸上电源获得其水泵、通信、通风、照明和其他设施所需的电力,从而关闭自身的柴油发电机,减少废气的排放,同时船舶接用码头供电系统后,可消除自备发电机组运行产生的噪音污染,减小噪声扰民问题,这不仅是各港口可持续发展的重要举措,也是提高港口码头环境事宜度、建设环境友好型城市,促进城市与港口码头和谐发展且具有实际效果的十分具有意义的措施,具有巨大的社会影响力。船舶靠港时直接接用港口码头陆上电源,可以大大降低降低靠港船舶供电系统的运行和维护成本,大大提高能源利用效率,具有良好的经济效益。本文基于对国内、外港口船舶岸电系统应用情况的分析,介绍了船舶供电系统特点及其发展,阐述了在港口码头设置船舶岸电系统对节能减排和环境保护的意义和必要性,对岸电技术供电电源不匹配、供电制式不统一的问题进行分析,以及对现有船舶岸电改造方案存在的问题提出意见;本文研究靠港船舶变频岸电电源技术,把常见的港口电网50Hz电制的交流电变换成适合于靠港船舶使用的60Hz电制的交流电,并且可以实现50Hz/60Hz任意电制的供电。同时对港口码头岸电供电系统进行谐波补偿,谐波补偿采用静态补偿,也可采用动态补偿,根岸电电源向停靠在港口码头的船舶供电时对港区电网造成的谐波污染问题,适应靠港船舶在用电过程中用电负荷突然发生变化的状况,对各种形式的靠港船舶岸电系统进行技术优化比较,对靠港船舶使用岸电技术进行了深入研究,给出了主电路、驱动电路和保护电路的设计原理,实现了岸基电源与船电系统无缝连接,由岸基电源进行安全、可靠的供电。
[Abstract]:Ship-shore electricity technology means that ships equipped with special equipment are allowed to connect to the landside power grid of the dock during the berthing period and obtain the power needed for their pumps, communications, ventilation, lighting and other facilities from the shore power supply, Thus, the diesel generator can be shut down and the exhaust gas will be reduced. At the same time, after the ship is connected to the power supply system of the wharf, the noise pollution caused by the operation of the self-provided generator unit can be eliminated and the noise disturbing the people can be reduced. This is not only an important measure for the sustainable development of each port, but also a very meaningful measure to improve the environmental issues of the port and port, to build an environment-friendly city, to promote the harmonious development between the city and the port terminal, and to have practical effects. Have great social influence. The direct connection of the onshore power supply to the port wharf when the ship is approaching the port can greatly reduce the operation and maintenance cost of the power supply system of the port ship, greatly improve the efficiency of energy utilization, and have good economic benefits. Based on the analysis of the application of ship-shore power system in domestic and foreign ports, this paper introduces the characteristics and development of ship power supply system, and expounds the significance and necessity of installing ship-shore power system in port wharf for energy saving and emission reduction and environmental protection. The problems of power supply mismatch and disunity of power supply system in shore power technology are analyzed, and the problems existing in the existing ship shore power transformation scheme are put forward. The common 50 Hz AC in port power network is converted into 60 Hz AC which is suitable for port ships, and 50 Hz / 60 Hz arbitrary power supply can be realized. At the same time, the harmonic compensation is carried out on the power supply system of the port wharf. The harmonic pollution problem caused by the power supply to the port power network is caused by the power supply to the ship docked at the port terminal. The harmonic compensation is used for the harmonic compensation, either static compensation or dynamic compensation. In order to adapt to the sudden change of power load in the process of using electricity, the technical optimization comparison of various forms of shore power system of port ships is carried out, and the technology of shore electricity used by port ships is studied in depth, and the main circuit is given. The design principle of the driving circuit and the protection circuit realizes the seamless connection between the shore-based power supply and the ship-based power system, and provides a safe and reliable power supply by the shore-based power supply.
