橡胶沥青性能影响因素及粘弹性性能分析

【摘要】:将废旧轮胎胶粉通过融溶搅拌的方式添加到热沥青中制备得到橡胶沥青,一方面可以缓解废旧轮胎堆积对环境造成的污染,另一方面可以改善沥青性能。橡胶沥青应力吸收层可以有效的防止半刚性基层反射裂缝;热拌橡胶沥青混合料路面具有良好的路用性能,将橡胶沥青用于断级配或者开级配沥青混合料路面时可以起到降低路面噪音的效果,同时橡胶粉改性沥青混合料路面有一定程度上的除冰雪效果。为分析橡胶沥青性能随储存时间的变化,对橡胶沥青180℃粘度、软化点和25℃弹性恢复三项指标的时—温关系进行分析,结果表明橡胶沥青性能与储存条件有很好的相关性。分析橡胶粉掺量对橡胶沥青车辙因子、劲度模量和应变变形速率的影响,发现在相同测试条件下,老化前、老化后橡胶沥青车辙因子均随着橡胶粉掺量的增加而增大,但胶粉掺量较大时橡胶沥青出现老化后车辙因子小于老化前车辙因子的现象;劲度模量随着橡胶粉掺量的增加而减小,应变变形速率则随掺量增加而上升。
