建成环境对深圳市学生出行行为影响研究

【摘要】:学生通学兼具城市通勤和学生出行特征,越来越多的证据表明学生通学方式选择受到建成环境因素的影响,但是国内目前对这方面的研究十分有限。因此本文在分析学生出行行为特征的基础上,探寻家庭和学校建成环境在学生通学方式选择中扮演的角色,深入剖析学生出行行为机理。本文依据2010年深圳市居民调查数据,统计分析学生出行率、出行目的、出发时刻、出行距离、出行时长、出行方式等出行特征,把握学生出行规律。在现有个人因素、家庭因素、出行特征因素对通学方式选择影响研究的基础上,纳入建成环境的影响,构建学生通学方式选择四维影响因素体系,结合现有文献、深圳市现状和学生人群特征,最终确定各影响因素的具体指标,用Arc GIS分析模块计算各交通小区建成环境指标值。研究表明家庭建成环境影响学生通学方式选择,因此本文在常规影响因素对学生通学方式选择影响建模的基础上,引入家庭建成环境因素,建立四维影响因素下的通学方式选择混合logit模型和多项logit模型,通过模型对比分析发现混合logit模型更适用于中小学生通学方式的选择,且家庭建成环境显著影响学生通学方式的选择。目前研究同样认为学校建成环境影响学生通学方式选择,故本文综合家庭和学校建成环境,建立学生通学方式选择多项logit模型。人前后选择行为之间往往存在一定联系,目前尚未有学者考虑学生前后通学方式选择之间的联系,本文进一步建立动态多项logit模型验证学生通学方式选择的状态依赖行为。通过模型对比,验证了学校建成环境因素对学生通学方式选择的影响以及通学方式选择之间的状态依赖。根据模型结论分析,提出了改善深圳市学生通学环境的措施。
[Abstract]:Students' general learning has the characteristics of both urban commuting and student travel. More and more evidence shows that the choice of students' general learning mode is influenced by the environmental factors of completion, but the research on this aspect is very limited in China. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of students' travel behavior, this paper explores the role of family and school built environment in the choice of students' general learning mode, and deeply analyzes the mechanism of students' travel behavior. Based on the survey data of Shenzhen residents in 2010, this paper analyzes the travel characteristics of students, such as travel rate, travel purpose, departure time, travel distance, travel time, travel mode and so on. On the basis of the existing research on the influence of personal factors, family factors and travel characteristics on the choice of general learning mode, the influence of the built environment is included, and the four-dimensional influence factor system of students' general learning mode selection is constructed, combining with the existing literature. The present situation of Shenzhen City and the characteristics of the students were determined, and the specific indexes of the influencing factors were determined. The Arc GIS analysis module was used to calculate the built environmental index value of each traffic district. The research shows that the family built environment influences the students' general learning mode choice, so this paper introduces the family built environment factor on the basis of the modeling of the influence of the conventional influence factors on the students' general learning mode choice. The mixed logit model and the multi-item logit model are established under the four dimensional influence factors. The results show that the mixed logit model is more suitable for the choice of the general learning mode of primary and secondary school students. And the environment of family building has a significant impact on the choice of students' general learning style. At present, it is also believed that the environment of school building affects the choice of students' general learning mode, so this paper combines the family and school built environment, and sets up several logit models of students' general learning mode choice. There is often a certain relationship between the behavior of people before and after choice, but no scholars have considered the relationship between the choice of students' way of learning before and after. This paper further establishes a dynamic multi-item logit model to verify the state-dependent behavior of students' choice of general learning. Through the model comparison, the influence of the school built environment on the students' general learning mode choice and the state dependence between the general learning mode selection are verified. According to the analysis of the model conclusion, the measures to improve the students' general learning environment in Shenzhen are put forward.
