城市超小净距隧道立体交叉施工优化和变形控制研究

【摘要】:在城市地区,新的隧道的开发必然涉及周边现有的地下结构。在这种情况下,稳定地层附近的现有地下结构可以放宽对一个新的隧道开挖的限制。本文以青岛地铁2号线下穿3号线小净距叠交隧道的设计与施工为工程背景,针对青岛市城区地层的水文地质条件,从施工部署方面、施工方案方面、支护技术方面对城市超小净距隧道立体交叉下穿斜隧道的施工进行优化设计,并对爆破过程中的振动以及施工所引起的周边结构的沉降变形进行监测,结果表明,通过优化施工方案,大大降低了施工对周边其他结构的不利影响,为青岛地铁交叠线路的设计与施工建设提供理论指导,并为同类地下工程提供借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In urban areas, the development of new tunnels must involve existing underground structures around them. In this case, the existing underground structure near the stabilized stratum can relax the restrictions on the excavation of a new tunnel. This paper takes the design and construction of the small clear distance overpass tunnel of Qingdao Metro Line 2 through Line 3 as the engineering background, aiming at the hydrogeological conditions of the strata in the urban area of Qingdao, from the aspects of construction arrangement and construction scheme. In the aspect of supporting technology, the optimum design of the construction of the tunnel crossing the oblique tunnel is carried out, and the vibration during the blasting process and the settlement deformation of the surrounding structure caused by the construction are monitored. The results show that, By optimizing the construction scheme, the adverse effects of construction on other surrounding structures are greatly reduced, which provides theoretical guidance for the design and construction of overlapping lines of Qingdao Metro, and provides reference significance for similar underground projects.
