寒区道路沥青路面病害特征及其施工对策研究

【摘要】:我国幅员辽阔,寒区面积达417.1×104 km2,占我国陆地面积的43.5%。该类地区大多处于西部、东北等高寒、高海拔地区,经济欠发达、交通需求较大。是我国以后交通建设发展的重心,但由于该类地区年均气温较低,冻融循环剧烈,对道路施工质量造成严重影响。本文从提高寒区路面施工质量的角度出发,调查典型寒区道路病害特征,分析寒区低温环境对道路施工质量影响,通过室内试验确定影响寒区路面施工的关键因素,并提出相应的温度控制标准,为该类地区路面工程施工质量控制提供依据。研究结果表明:寒冷地区纵向开裂一般认为是路基融沉相关的病害,纵裂尤其是连续性纵裂发展迅速,1-2年时间内宽度、长度迅速增大,且一般的灌缝等养护措施对其影响有限;车辙、拥包病害是寒区道路沿线较少的一种病害形式,仅占所有调查病害的6%左右,车辆频繁启动制动及沉陷病害是造成该类病害重要诱因;70%以上的沉陷病害,对路面造成极大附加应力,进而造成严重路面病害;寒冷地区工期短、温差大等因素,造成该地区路面施工需在10℃、甚至0℃以下进行施工,低温压实环境造成有效碾压时间短、混合料压实困难等问题。进而造成混合料压实不足,并引发路面各种病害;室内试验表明:温度对混合料压实度的影响更甚于摊铺厚度对成型密度的影响。低温工况下进行路面施工时,结构层较厚的路面由于温度衰减缓慢,碾压过程中温度大多高于薄层,因此较厚的路面摊铺厚度更有利于混合料的压实;当成型温度低于120℃,即使增大压实功,混合料最高压实度仅能达到98.6%;成型温度温度低于100℃,无论如何增大压实功,混合料最高压实度很难达到96%。;现有公路工程技术检测标准中,对高速及一级路路面压实度控制标准为98%,对于二级路及一般市政道路,规定混合料压实度不低于96%,因此,分别选定120℃,100℃为高速公路及二级路最低控制压实温度,并提出有效碾压时间;选择青海省玉树至治多公路进行试验工程验证,并进行压实度、渗透性、抗滑性检测,检测结果表明,本文提出的温度控制指标可以保障寒区路面施工质量。
[Abstract]:China has a vast territory with a cold area of 417.1 脳 104km2, accounting for 43.5% of China's land area. Most of these areas are located in the west, northeast and other high altitude areas, the economy is underdeveloped and the traffic demand is large. It is the center of development of traffic construction in China, but because of the low average annual temperature and severe freeze-thaw cycle in this area, it has a serious impact on the quality of road construction. From the point of view of improving pavement construction quality in cold region, this paper investigates the characteristics of road disease in typical cold region, analyzes the influence of low temperature environment on road construction quality in cold area, and determines the key factors influencing road construction in cold area through indoor test. The corresponding temperature control standard is put forward to provide the basis for the quality control of pavement construction in this kind of area. The results show that longitudinal cracking in cold regions is generally considered to be a disease related to subgrade melt settlement. Longitudinal cracks, especially continuous longitudinal cracks, develop rapidly within 1-2 years, and the length increases rapidly, and general maintenance measures such as irrigation joints have limited influence on them. Rutting and packing disease is a less disease form along the road in cold area, which only accounts for about 6% of all the diseases investigated. The frequent starting braking and subsidence diseases of vehicles are the important inducements for these diseases to be more than 70%. Great additional stress is caused to the pavement, and then serious pavement disease is caused. In the cold area, the construction period is short and the temperature difference is great, so the pavement construction in this area needs to be carried out at 10 鈩,
