水泥冷再生基层材料组成设计与路用性能研究

【摘要】:近年来,在国家以投资拉动经济增长的大背景下,基础设施建设投资方兴未艾。公路通车里程逐年增加,截止2014年末,全国高速公路通车总里程达到了11.145万公里。随着公路建设规模的空前扩大,早期修建的公路越来越多的达到了维修期限,相继进入了养护和改、扩建阶段。现场冷再生施工工艺以其节约资源、降低工程造价、能快速开放交通的特点,在道路改扩建工程上有良好的应用价值和发展潜力。但在实际应用中,相关指导性规范较少。本文结合贵州省多条道路现场冷再生工程,首先分析了S305、G326、S102各条路原路面基层材料的技术性质。包括不同路段再生集料的级配、粗集料的物理和力学性能、细集料的物理和力学性能及水泥性能。为掌握旧料级配的变异性,计算了各筛孔筛余百分率的变异系数。在掌握了原材料的技术性质后,以7d无侧限抗压强度为指标分别进行冷再生混合料组成设计。利用取自贵州铜仁地区和贵州毕节地区的再生集料,借鉴两地新添料的添加方式分别进行冷再生混合料组成设计。在冷再生混合料7d无侧限抗压强度的基础上,进一步评价混合料性能参数,包括无侧限抗压强度的发展规律、劈裂强度与无侧限抗压强度的相关性及抗压回弹模量的变化规律。综合分析原材料的性质指标和混合料性能,提出了适合贵州省实际的冷再生混合料的推荐级配范围和劈裂强度指标。最后,在了解了原材料性能和混合料强度、刚度性能的基础上,进一步研究冷再生混合料的疲劳性能,建立了不同级配组成的冷再生混合料的疲劳方程,进而评价其疲劳敏感性和疲劳寿命。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the background of national investment-led economic growth, infrastructure investment is in the ascendant. Highway traffic mileage increased year by year, by the end of 2014, the total highway mileage reached 111450 km. With the unprecedented expansion of highway construction scale, more and more early built highways have reached the maintenance period, and have entered the stage of maintenance, reform and expansion. Because of its characteristics of saving resources, reducing project cost and opening traffic rapidly, the field cold regeneration construction technology has good application value and development potential in road reconstruction and expansion project. But in the practical application, the related guidance specification is relatively few. In this paper, based on the cold regeneration project of many roads in Guizhou province, the technical properties of the base course materials of the original road surface of S305G326and S102 are analyzed at first. It includes the gradation of recycled aggregates in different sections, the physical and mechanical properties of coarse aggregates, the physical and mechanical properties of fine aggregates and the properties of cement. In order to understand the variability of gradation of used materials, the coefficient of variation of the remaining percentage of sieve was calculated. After mastering the technical properties of raw materials, the composition design of cold recycled mixture was carried out by taking the unconfined compressive strength of 7 days as the index. Using recycled aggregate from Tongren area and Bijie area of Guizhou province, the composition design of cold recycled mixture was carried out by using the new adding ways of the two places for reference. On the basis of the unconfined compressive strength of the cold recycled mixture for 7 days, the performance parameters of the mixture are further evaluated, including the development law of the unconfined compressive strength, the correlation between the splitting strength and the unconfined compressive strength, and the variation law of the compressive resilience modulus. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the properties of raw materials and the performance of mixture, the recommended gradation range and splitting strength index of cold recycled mixture suitable for Guizhou Province are put forward. Finally, on the basis of understanding the performance of raw material, strength and stiffness of mixture, the fatigue performance of cold recycled mixture is further studied, and the fatigue equation of cold recycled mixture with different gradation is established. Then the fatigue sensitivity and fatigue life are evaluated.
