基于VSP的山区高速公路能耗测算系统研究

【摘要】:由于山区高速公路建设前期投资规模大、施工技术复杂并且后期养护成本高,往往需要通过比较设计方案全寿命周期成本来实现投资的最优化,能耗成本是全寿命周期成本的重要组成部分。此外,能耗对于公路建设区域的生态环境也将产生较大的影响。从经济、节能和环保三个角度出发,适合我国山区高速公路的能耗测算方法对于高速公路设计方案评价具有重要的意义,而开发面向山区高速公路的能耗仿真软件可以提高测算的精度和效率。本文研究课题来源于交通运输部应用基础研究项目(编号:2015319812200)“基于VSP的山区高速公路汽车能耗评价方法研究”。在能耗测算方法研究上,采用《JTG B05-2015公路项目安全性评价规范》中关于运行速度V85的预测方法,将各路段以一米为步长进一步划分获得近似连续车速,在此基础上获得各车型的VSP分布。开展实地试验,选取Ⅳ型客车、六轴货车作为试验车型,采用潍柴CAN总线适配器连接CAN总线读取车辆ECU中的数据流,在西汉高速K1133—K1176路段进行试验数据采集,完善部分大型车车型油耗率数据库。利用VC++软件开发平台,对基于VSP的山区高速公路能耗测算仿真系统进行开发,采用DAO数据库访问对象对数据库进行管理,完成添加、修改、删除和导出数据表等操作,将系统分为数据的输入与管理模块、数据的处理模块、结果输出模块和用户管理模块,实现了道路数据库管理、道路能耗仿真、测算结果输出及用户管理等功能。应用基于VSP的山区高速公路能耗测算仿真系统对于西汉高速部分道路能耗进行测算,在一定的交通量和车型比例条件下分别进行仿真,分析比较计算结果。仿真结果表明大型车的运行速度范围在25km/h-80km/h之间,加速度范围在-0.5m/s2-0.3m/s2之间;小型车的运行速度范围在55km/h-95km/h之间,加速度范围在-0.9 m/s2-0.8 m/s2之间;小型车的车型比例基本高于其能耗比例而大型车车型比例基本低于其能耗比例;6轴货车空载和满载状态下各速度区间的能耗分布状况基本相同;6轴货车和Ⅳ型客车的能耗最小和能耗最大占比均分别出现在最小速度区间和最大速度区间。各车型的能耗测算相对误差均在15%以内,证明了仿真结果的有效性。
[Abstract]:Due to the large scale of early investment, complex construction technology and high maintenance cost in mountainous expressway construction, it is often necessary to optimize the investment by comparing the life-cycle cost of the design scheme. Energy cost is an important part of life cycle cost. In addition, energy consumption will also have a greater impact on the ecological environment of highway construction areas. From the three angles of economy, energy saving and environmental protection, the energy consumption calculation method suitable for mountain expressway in our country is of great significance to the evaluation of highway design scheme.
