脱粘钢管混凝土单圆管拱肋极限承载力实验研究

【摘要】:钢管混凝土拱桥是近二十年来发展十分迅速的一种桥梁形式,具有跨越能力大、承载能力高、耐火性能好、造价低廉、便于施工等优点。然而,在实际的工程运用中,钢管混凝土拱桥也产生了一些问题,其中脱空问题是引起人们关注的问题之一。目前针对脱空对钢管混凝土拱桥极限承载力的影响研究多是在理论方面的研究,实验方面的研究较少。因此,针对脱空对钢管混凝土拱桥受力性能的影响研究是很有必要的。本文的主要工作有(1)本文以一根自然放置6年、已自然产生脱空的钢管混凝土单圆管拱肋为实验对象,进行了L/4点加载破坏实验,得到相应的位移、应力、应变数据。加载实验结束后对模型进行了拆解,以研究其真实的脱空情况。实验发现钢管拱呈现出非对称变形,并有一定程度的横向变形,但横向变形量较小,变形以面内变形为主。(2)利用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS对实验钢管混凝土拱肋模型进行建模分析,分别建立了有脱粘缺陷钢管混凝土拱肋有限元模型和无脱粘缺陷钢管混凝土拱肋有限元模型,对脱粘对钢管混凝土拱肋极限承载力的影响情况进行了对比分析研究。
[Abstract]:Concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) arch bridge is a rapidly developing bridge form in the past twenty years. It has the advantages of large span capacity, high bearing capacity, good fire resistance, low cost and easy construction. However, in practical application, concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge also has some problems, among which the problem of void is one of the problems that people pay attention to. At present, the research on the effect of void on ultimate bearing capacity of concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge is mostly in theory, but little in experiment. Therefore, it is necessary to study the effect of void on the behavior of CFST arch bridge. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) in this paper, a concrete filled steel tube arch rib which has been emptied for 6 years has been taken as the experimental object, and the failure test of L / 4 point loading has been carried out, and the corresponding data of displacement, stress and strain have been obtained. At the end of the loading experiment, the model was disassembled to study the real void situation. The experimental results show that the steel tube arch shows asymmetric deformation, and has a certain degree of transverse deformation, but the transverse deformation is relatively small. The deformation is mainly in plane deformation. (2) the model of experimental concrete-filled steel tube arch rib is modeled and analyzed by using the large-scale general finite element software ANSYS. The finite element model of concrete-filled steel tube arch rib with debonding defect and the finite element model of concrete filled steel tube arch rib without debonding defect are established, and the influence of debonding on ultimate bearing capacity of concrete filled steel tube arch rib is compared and analyzed.
