【摘要】:随着我国交通事业的不断发展,对能满足大跨、重载交通要求的桥梁结构形式的需求越来越迫切,组合结构中的矩形钢管混凝土组合桁架结构作为一种新型组合结构形式,在经济指标、抗震性能等方面存在一定优势,因此在桥梁中的应用前景广阔。本文基于三肢型断面,对矩形钢管混凝土组合桁架连续梁桥展开应用研究,论文主要完成的工作有:1)论述了组合结构桥梁的国、内外发展概况以及钢管混凝土结构在各种桥型中的国内应用概况。2)归纳了组合桁架的相关构造,重点提出了弦杆与桥面板的几种构造设计,并总结了组合桁架总体承载力、构件承载力以及节点承载力的相关计算方法。3)阐述了组合桁架力流传递模式,提出了钢管分级设计思想,对腹杆布置形式、腹杆倾斜角度、高跨比、主桁片数等影响组合桁架经济指标和力学性能的相关参数进行了有限元分析。4)依托实际工程背景,对等跨径矩形钢管混凝土组合桁架连续梁桥进行了试设计。5)相比传统混凝土梁桥,矩形钢管混凝土组合桁架连续梁在技术经济、力学性能方面优势明显,在桥梁建设中应用前景必将广阔。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of transportation in China, it is more and more urgent to meet the requirements of long-span and heavy-haul bridges. The composite truss structure of concrete filled rectangular steel tube (CFST) in composite structure is a new type of composite structure. There are some advantages in economic index, seismic performance and so on, so it has a broad application prospect in bridge. Based on the three-limb section, the application of rectangular concrete-filled steel tube composite truss continuous beam bridge is studied in this paper. The main work accomplished in this paper is: 1) the state of composite structure bridge is discussed. The internal and external development and the domestic application of concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) structure in various bridges are summarized. The related structures of composite truss are summarized, and several structural designs of chord and deck slabs are put forward, and the overall bearing capacity of composite truss is summarized. This paper expounds the force flow transfer mode of composite truss, and puts forward the design idea of steel pipe grading, including the form of web bar, the angle of web bar, the ratio of height to span, and the method of calculating bearing capacity and joint bearing capacity of composite truss. Based on the actual engineering background, the main truss number and other related parameters affecting the economic index and mechanical performance of composite truss are analyzed by finite element method (4). Compared with the traditional concrete girder bridge, the rectangular steel tubular concrete composite truss continuous beam has obvious advantages in technical economy and mechanical properties. The application prospect in bridge construction will be broad.
