京港澳高速驻马店至信阳段改扩建工程方案研究与综合评价

【摘要】：京港澳高速公路(G4)驻马店至信阳段高速公路位于河南省南部,是京港澳高速公路(G4)计划实施的河南省驻马店至信阳段改扩建工程。本文从各个因素进行分析,包括经济,区域发展,技术,产业结构等方面论证了该改扩建项目的必要性。之后,从全局及区域视角分析公路网规划的战略意义,明确本改扩建项目在公路网中的定位和重要作用,总体考察项目通道内可供扩容的各种方案,提出新建复线和在现有驻信高速公路基础上实施扩宽的两大方案。结合现有驻信高速公路施工图设计和竣工图,本文分析了扩建所产生的一系列问题,分析了本改扩建工程的各种可能性,分析了既有道路目前的状态,归纳了在项目实施中可能出现的实际问题,提前提出解决方案。通过综合分析评价,合理的改扩建标准被选用。在深入研究老路加宽改造方案的可能性和技术可行性及新建复线对整体通道的正负面影响后,本文对扩建和新建两大方案进行了比较分析,最终确定了老路加宽改造为推荐方案,并对其进行了经济评价与节能分析。
[Abstract]:The section between Zhumadian and Xinyang of Beijing-HongKong-Macao Expressway (G4) is located in the south of Henan Province. It is a reconstruction and extension project between Zhumadian and Xinyang in Henan Province, which is planned to be carried out by Beijing-HongKong-Macao Expressway (G4). This paper discusses the necessity of the reconstruction and extension project from various factors, including economy, regional development, technology, industrial structure and so on. After that, the strategic significance of highway network planning is analyzed from the overall and regional perspectives, and the positioning and important role of the reconstruction and extension project in the highway network is clarified. This paper puts forward two schemes of building new double line and carrying out widening on the basis of existing highway in Xinxin. Based on the design and completion of the existing construction drawings of the existing highway, this paper analyzes a series of problems arising from the expansion, analyzes the various possibilities of the reconstruction and extension project, and analyzes the current status of the existing roads. The practical problems that may appear in the implementation of the project are summarized, and solutions are put forward in advance. Through comprehensive analysis and evaluation, a reasonable standard of reconstruction and extension is selected. After deeply studying the possibility and technical feasibility of widening and rebuilding the old road and the positive and negative effects of the new double-track on the whole channel, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the expansion and the new construction of the two schemes. Finally, the old road widening and transformation is determined as the recommended scheme, and its economic evaluation and energy saving analysis are carried out.
