南通地区中小桥梁病害分析及其耐久性评估方法研究

【摘要】:桥梁在交通系统中发挥着举足轻重的作用,而其耐久性不足造成结构劣化损伤的现象一直是社会关心的问题,桥梁的养护管理也越来越受到重视。本文以江苏省南通地区国省干线公路中、小跨径混凝土梁桥为研究对象,考虑沿海地区环境等影响因素,主要进行了以下几方面的研究:1)开展了南通地区国省道干线公路的中小桥梁病害调查与分析。主要包括南通地区公路桥梁现状调查(包括环境、气候、桥梁荷载等)和中小桥主要病害的调查与分析。2)进行了南通地区典型桥梁耐久性检测与分析,为桥梁耐久性评估研究提供了技术数据和科学依据。3)采用层次分析法建立了混凝土梁桥的耐久性评估指标体系,基于桥梁的现场病害普查和耐久性检测重点研究了耐久性指标的取值方法,并将变权理论引入桥梁耐久性评估中。最后将提出的评估方法应用到实桥中验证其合理性和适用性。本文研究基于南通地区公路桥梁的实际环境,研究成果的针对性较强,对南通地区公路混凝土桥梁的养护、管理、评价、维修和加固工作具有一定的指导意义,为钢筋混凝土桥梁耐久性评估工作提供了重要的技术参考。
[Abstract]:Bridge plays an important role in the transportation system, and the phenomenon of structure deterioration and damage caused by its insufficient durability has always been a social concern, and the maintenance and management of bridge has been paid more and more attention. In this paper, the small span concrete beam bridge in the main highway of Nantong area of Jiangsu Province is taken as the research object, and the influence factors such as the environment of the coastal area are considered. This paper mainly studies on the following aspects: 1) the investigation and analysis of the disease of small and medium-sized bridges on the trunk highway of national province in Nantong area. This paper mainly includes the investigation of the present situation of highway bridges in Nantong area (including environment, climate, bridge load, etc.) and the investigation and analysis of main diseases of medium and small bridges. 2. The durability of typical bridges in Nantong area is tested and analyzed. It provides the technical data and scientific basis for the research of bridge durability evaluation. 3) using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the durability evaluation index system of concrete beam bridge is established. Based on the field disease survey and durability detection of bridges, this paper focuses on the selection method of durability index, and introduces the variable weight theory into the durability evaluation of bridges. Finally, the proposed evaluation method is applied to the real bridge to verify its rationality and applicability. Based on the actual environment of highway bridges in Nantong area, the research results have strong pertinence, which has certain guiding significance for the maintenance, management, evaluation, maintenance and reinforcement of highway concrete bridges in Nantong area. It provides an important technical reference for durability evaluation of reinforced concrete bridges.
