大潮差复杂地质海上大直径钻孔桩施工关键技术研究

【摘要】:平潭海峡公铁两用大桥(B0~B58)为国内首座跨海公铁两用大桥。大桥桥址处环境恶劣,风大、浪高、流急、水深、潮差大、地质极其复杂,大桥施工难度为世界级。大桥下部桩基为大直径钻孔灌注桩,直径达3.0m,嵌岩深度5.23~15m。桩基施工采用冲击钻反循环法成孔。由于桥址所在位置地质条件复杂:岩层倾斜度大、覆盖层厚度不均,高强度孤石(多为凝灰岩)较多,钢护筒打进难度较大,且由于本海域一日两潮,最大潮差达7m,导致护壁泥浆与外部水、土压差极难控制,使得钻孔桩施工中发生的泥浆渗漏甚至塌孔问题,严重影响了施工速度和效率。针对平潭海峡公铁两用大桥(B0-B58)大直径钻孔灌注桩施工过程中漏浆、塌孔、软硬岩层倾斜岩面钻进等问题,采用理论分析、数值模拟、现场试验等方法,研究了发生渗透破坏的破坏形式及漏浆部位,总结得到处理海上钻孔桩漏浆的高压旋喷注浆止水帷幕和填片石+粘土(水泥)堵漏法施工工艺,处理软硬岩层倾斜岩面钻进的回填片石法,并得到各种理论工程量计算公式。论文研究成果科学指导了平潭海峡公铁两用大桥(B0-B58)大直径钻孔灌注桩的施工,并提高了施工工效,对今后海洋工程施工具有重要的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Pingtan Strait dual-purpose Bridge (B0~B58) is the first cross-sea bridge. At the site of the bridge, the environment is harsh, the wind is strong, the wave is high, the current is quick, the water depth, the tidal range is large, the geology is extremely complex, and the construction difficulty of the bridge is world-class. The pile foundation in the lower part of the bridge is a large diameter bored pile with a diameter of 3.0 m and a rock-embedded depth of 5.23 ~ 15 m. The pile foundation construction adopts the impact drilling reverse circulation method to form the hole. Because of the complex geological conditions of the location of the bridge site, such as large slope of rock strata, uneven thickness of overburden, more high strength solitary rocks (mostly tuff), it is more difficult for steel guard tube to break into the water, and because of the two tides in this sea area, The maximum tidal difference is up to 7 m, which leads to the difficulty of controlling the difference between the mud and external water and the pressure difference between the soil and the wall, which makes the mud leakage or even the hole collapse in the construction of the bored pile occur, which seriously affects the construction speed and efficiency. Aiming at the problems of leakage, hole collapse and inclined rock surface drilling in the construction of large-diameter bored pile of B0-B58 Bridge in Pingtan Strait, this paper adopts theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, field test and other methods, such as theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, field test and so on. In this paper, the failure form and leakage site of seepage failure are studied, and the construction technology of high pressure rotary jet grouting waterproof curtain and flake clay (cement) plugging method for treating leakage grouting of offshore bored pile is summarized. This paper deals with the backfill flake method for inclined rock surface drilling in soft and hard rock formations, and obtains various theoretical engineering calculation formulas. The research results of this paper scientifically guide the construction of large-diameter bored cast-in-place piles in Pingtan Strait Bridge (B0-B58), and improve the construction efficiency, which has important reference value for the future construction of offshore engineering.
