沥青混凝土预埋碳纤维绳发热升温试验

【摘要】:为了研究预埋碳纤维绳(碳绳)发热对沥青混凝土表面温度变化的影响规律,进行了不同长度碳绳单元的发热升温试验,绘制了升温及降温曲线,拟合得到温度变化与时间的数学关系式,进行了功率及用电量分析。研究结果表明:随着时间的延长,试件表面温度有持续上升趋势,与环境温度相比,2.5m长碳绳发热单元15min升高了4℃;3.5m、4.5m、5.5m长碳绳发热单元30min分别升高了3.5℃、3.2℃、1.3℃;单元发热功率分别为498W/m2、292W/m2、186W/m2、119W/m2、89 W/m2;断电后试块表面降温过程非常缓慢,温度变化与通电时间有良好的数学相关性;碳绳发热性能良好,沥青混凝土中埋设碳绳能起到较好的发热升温效果。依据降雪带的分布,推荐了发热单元的选择方案及设计方法。
