基于可靠度的集疏港道路通过能力研究

【摘要】:近年来,我国沿海港口吞吐量增长迅猛,各港口纷纷加大深水泊位和航道的建设力度,码头通过能力大大提高。集疏港道路作为港口陆路集疏运体系的重要组成部分,已逐渐成为制约港口发展的因素。集疏港道路通过能力的衡量与计算是进行集疏港道路规划与设计时需要明确的重要问题,如何在结合集疏港道路交通特征的基础上,科学合理地评价与计算集疏港道路通过能力,是解决当前集疏港道路能力配置不合理问题的关键。现有的针对集疏港道路能力的研究相对较少,且多为修正道路交通中的通行能力公式来计算集疏港道路能力。本文借鉴港口泊位通过能力与航道通过能力的概念,提出以货运通过量作为集疏港道路能力的衡量标准,并引入可靠度理论,作为集疏港道路正常交通运行状态的评价标准,为集疏港道路通过能力的研究提供了新的思路。本论文结合港口生产作业流程特点,从交通组成与货运生成机理入手,归纳与总结了集疏港道路交通的基本特征;根据集疏港道路交通调查资料,对集疏港道路的交通流量、通行能力与路段行程时间参数进行了具体分析,并提出能够反映其特性的表达方式;结合交通可靠度理论中的容量可靠度与行程时间可靠度,构建了适用于集疏港道路的可靠度指标;以货运量作为能力衡量标准,以可靠度作为交通运行状态评价标准,定义了基于可靠度的集疏港道路通过能力,并对其计算方法进行了研究;以某港区集疏港道路为例,计算了其现状可靠度指标与通过能力,分析了集疏港道路可靠度指标在交通流量增长时的变化情况,拟合了适用于算例港区与相似港区集疏港道路的通过能力计算式,检验了本论文提出的集疏港道路可靠度指标与基于可靠度的通过能力计算方法的合理性与有效性。研究成果可为港口规划与设计中集疏港道路能力的评价与计算提供参考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the throughput of China's coastal ports has increased rapidly, the ports have increased the construction of deep water berths and waterways, and the terminal capacity has been greatly improved. As an important part of port land transportation system, Jishuang Road has gradually become a factor restricting port development. The measurement and calculation of the traffic capacity of Jishuang road is an important problem in planning and design of Jishuang road. How to combine the traffic characteristics of Jishuang road is an important problem. It is the key to solve the problem of unreasonable allocation of the road capacity to evaluate and calculate the capacity of the road of collecting and thinning port scientifically and reasonably. There are few researches on the capacity of the road in the open port, and the capacity of the road is calculated by modifying the formula of the capacity in the road traffic. Based on the concept of port berth passing capacity and waterway passing capacity, this paper puts forward that freight throughput is taken as the measurement standard of road capacity of collecting and thinning ports, and the reliability theory is introduced as the evaluation standard of normal traffic operation state of congested port roads. It provides a new way of thinking for the study of the passing capacity of Jishuang road. This paper combines the characteristics of port production operation process, starting with traffic composition and freight generation mechanism, summarizes the basic characteristics of road traffic in Jishuang Port, according to the traffic survey data of Jishugang Road, analyzes the traffic flow of Jishuang Road. The traffic capacity and travel time parameters are analyzed in detail, and the expression method which can reflect its characteristics is put forward, which combines the capacity reliability and travel time reliability in traffic reliability theory. The reliability index suitable for Jishuang road is constructed, and the capacity of Jishuang road based on reliability is defined by taking freight volume as the capacity measure standard and reliability as the evaluation standard of traffic operation state. The method of calculation is studied, and the present reliability index and transit capacity are calculated, and the variation of reliability index in traffic flow growth is analyzed, taking the road in a port area as an example, the current reliability index and the capacity of traffic flow are calculated. The formula for calculating the capacity of the road in port area and similar port area is fitted, and the rationality and validity of the reliability index and the calculation method based on reliability of the road in this paper are tested. The results can be used as a reference for the evaluation and calculation of the road capacity in port planning and design.
