邯郸市旧居住区停车问题研究

【摘要】：随着我国经济的快速持续发展,道路交通事业的迅速发展以及汽车工业的不断壮大,导致我国机动车的数量呈现迅猛的增长态势,小汽车逐渐进入普通百姓家庭。近年来,私家车的数量急剧增长,当小汽车逐步取代步行和自行车成为人们的主要代步工具且越来越被人们所依赖时,停车问题开始浮出水面。由于城市居住区停车设施建设长期以来缺乏重视,致使许多居住区尤其是旧居住区出现了停车设施供应不足的局面,进而面临着一系列的包括停车、环境及社会等连带问题。因此如何有效的缓解旧居住区车辆的停放问题,建立人与车和谐相处的居住环境,是解决旧居住区停车问题的关键。由于目前大部分针对旧居住区停车问题的解决方案尚不成熟,缺乏系统的规划策略和根本的解决措施,因而如何科学的对旧居住区进行停车再规划,改善旧居住区的停车环境,成为解决旧居住区停车问题的关键。本文针对上述提出的旧居住区的停车问题进行探讨和研究,选取邯郸市不同年代建成的最具代表性的旧居住区的典型实例进行实地走访调查,在此基础上对邯郸市旧居住区的停车现状做出分析。提出如何有效缓解停车问题、优化住区道路系统与改善住区环境相结合的改造手段,摒弃以往旧居住区不合理的改造方法,从根本上改善旧居住区的停车难题。
[Abstract]:With the rapid and sustainable development of China's economy, the rapid development of road traffic and the continuous expansion of the automobile industry, the number of motor vehicles in China has shown a rapid growth trend, and cars are gradually entering ordinary people's families. In recent years, the number of private cars has increased dramatically. When cars gradually replace walking and bicycle as the main means of people's movement and become more and more dependent on by people, the parking problem began to surface. Due to the lack of attention to the construction of parking facilities in urban residential areas for a long time, many residential areas, especially the old residential areas, have a shortage of parking facilities supply, and then face a series of related problems, including parking, environment and society. Therefore, how to effectively alleviate the parking problem in the old residential area and establish a harmonious living environment between people and cars is the key to solve the parking problem in the old residential area. Because most of the solutions to the parking problems in the old residential areas are still immature and lack of systematic planning strategies and fundamental solutions, so how to scientifically replan the parking of the old residential areas and improve the parking environment of the old residential areas, It is the key to solve the parking problem in old residential area. In this paper, the parking problems of the old residential areas mentioned above are discussed and studied, and the typical examples of the most representative old residential areas built in Handan City in different years are selected to carry out field visits and investigations. On this basis, the parking status of the old residential area in Handan City is analyzed. This paper puts forward how to effectively alleviate the parking problem, optimize the road system of residential area and improve the environment of residential area, abandon the unreasonable reconstruction method of the old residential area, and fundamentally improve the parking problem of the old residential area.
