宽箱连续梁桥施工监控及剪力滞效应研究

【摘要】:箱形截面是大跨径桥梁应用最为广泛的一种截面形式,随着交通量的增大和科学技术的进步,箱形截面的宽度越来越大。为了保证宽箱连续箱梁桥在施工过程中和成桥后的线形及应力符合设计意图和要求,因此需开展桥梁施工监控及相关研究工作。本文以周口市沙颍河桥工程为依托,开展了宽箱连续梁桥施工监控工作;针对宽箱梁较为明显的剪力滞效应,基于有限元模型及理论模型研究了剪力滞效应。本文主要完成了以下工作:(1)采用有限元软件Midas/Civil和Midas/FEA,分别建立依托工程梁单元和空间实体单元模型,为沙颍河桥的施工监控和剪力滞研究奠定了基础。(2)针对沙颍河桥单箱4室宽箱梁的特点,制定了桥梁施工监控方案,实施桥梁的线形监控及应力监控。对桥梁施工线形做出合理推测,由预拱度、支架或挂篮预压变形等数据计算得到立模标高,对各节梁段施工进行线形控制,最终使沙颍河桥成桥实测线形与预期线形符合良好;在剔除温度对实测应力的影响及考虑剪力滞效应对理论计算值影响后,应力理论值与实测值变化趋势一致,实测应力值在合理范围内变化,确保了沙颍河桥施工安全。(3)研究施工过程对宽箱梁剪力滞效应的影响。以0#块梁段施工为例,分别在仅有纵向预应力作用以及在纵、横向预应力共同作用下,计算控制截面顶、底板剪力滞系数变化,得到预应力作用对宽箱梁剪力滞效应影响的一般规律;以全桥施工过程为例,在各个施工阶段,考察混凝土浇筑完成后及纵向预应力施加后对当前施工梁段剪力滞效应的影响;在成桥阶段,针对不同的控制截面,探讨预应力作用对宽箱梁剪力滞效应的影响规律。
[Abstract]:Box section is one of the most widely used cross-sections of long-span bridges. With the increase of traffic volume and the progress of science and technology, the width of box section becomes larger and larger. In order to ensure that the alignment and stress of the wide box continuous box girder bridge in the construction process and after the completion of the bridge accord with the design intention and requirements, it is necessary to carry out the bridge construction monitoring and related research work. Based on the Shaying River Bridge Project in Zhoukou City, this paper carried out the construction monitoring work of the wide box continuous girder bridge, and studied the shear lag effect based on the finite element model and the theoretical model for the obvious shear lag effect of the wide box girder. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) using the finite element software Midas/Civil and Midas / FEAA, the supporting beam element model and the spatial solid element model are established, respectively. It lays a foundation for the construction monitoring and shear lag research of Shaying River Bridge. (2) according to the characteristics of single box 4 room wide box girder of Shaying River Bridge, the bridge construction monitoring scheme is established, and the linear monitoring and stress monitoring of the bridge is carried out. Reasonable conjecture is made on the line shape of the bridge construction, the elevation of the vertical formwork is obtained by calculating the pre-arch degree, the deformation of the support or the hanging basket, and the alignment control of the construction of each section of beam is carried out, finally, the measured line shape of the completed bridge of Shaying River Bridge is in good agreement with the expected line shape. After excluding the effect of temperature on the measured stress and considering the influence of shear lag effect on the theoretical calculation value, the variation trend of the theoretical stress value is consistent with the measured value, and the measured stress value changes within a reasonable range. The construction safety of Shaying River Bridge is ensured. (3) the influence of construction process on shear lag effect of wide box girder is studied. Taking the construction of the beam section of 0# block as an example, the shear lag coefficient of the top and bottom slab of the control section is calculated under the action of only longitudinal prestress and the combined action of longitudinal and transverse prestressing, respectively. The general law of the influence of prestress on shear lag effect of wide box girder is obtained, taking the whole bridge construction process as an example, the influence of concrete pouring and longitudinal prestressing on shear lag effect of beam segment is investigated in each construction stage. In the stage of bridge completion, the influence of prestress on shear lag effect of wide box girder is discussed according to different control sections.
