温拌沥青混合料施工质量控制指标的研究

【摘要】:我国正处于高速公路建设和养护快速发展的时期,每年生产的热拌沥青混合料达数亿吨。作为《京都议定书》的签约国,我国面临多项严峻的挑战。而节约能源是关系到我国国计民生的重大课题,若在公路建设中推广应用温拌沥青混合料技术,不仅可以降低工程成本、节省资源、保护环境,而且可以提高工程质量、为可持续发展作出贡献,会收获巨大的社会效益和经济效益。因此,开展温拌沥青混合料技术研究的意义十分重大。本文在研究温拌沥青混合料的不同分类及组成设计和施工工艺的基础上,进行了温拌沥青混合料相关的质量控制实验,包括温拌剂掺量对沥青三大指标和黏度的影响,以及相应的温拌沥青混合料实验,如车辙实验、水稳定性实验和低温弯曲试验等,并得出各指标随温拌剂掺量的变化规律。最后结合室内试验数据和现场实际施工工程,对温拌沥青混合料施工质量的控制指标做出了建议。
[Abstract]:China is in the period of rapid development of highway construction and maintenance. As a signatory to the Kyoto Protocol, China faces many severe challenges. Energy saving is an important subject related to the national economy and people's livelihood. If the application of warm mix asphalt mixture technology in highway construction is popularized, it can not only reduce the engineering cost, save resources, protect the environment, but also improve the engineering quality. Make contribution to sustainable development, will reap huge social and economic benefits. Therefore, it is very important to study the technology of warm mix asphalt mixture. On the basis of studying different classification, composition, design and construction technology of warm mix asphalt mixture, the quality control experiment of warm mix asphalt mixture is carried out in this paper, including the influence of the content of warm mix agent on the three indexes and viscosity of asphalt. The corresponding experiments such as rutting test, water stability test and low temperature bending test are also carried out, and the variation of each index with the content of warm mix agent is obtained. Finally, combined with the indoor test data and the actual construction project, some suggestions are made on the quality control index of warm mix asphalt mixture construction.
