超薄橡胶沥青加铺层老化行为及减振性能研究

【摘要】:凭借其优越的路用性能和行车舒适性,沥青路面在国内外高级公路和城市道路中得到了广泛应用。但由于受自然环境和车辆荷载的长期作用,沥青混合料的力学性能随着使用年限的增加而逐年降低,进而影响沥青路面的使用功能。目前,对沥青混合料老化的研究大都是从沥青基本性能的老化及其混合料路用性能的老化这两方面开展的,而从实际路面结构角度探讨橡胶沥青加铺层老化行为的研究鲜有涉足。本文从橡胶沥青基本性能、橡胶沥青混合料路用性能和橡胶沥青加铺层减振吸能等方面入手,分析了老化作用对橡胶沥青及其混合料力学性能的影响程度。从沥青基本性能如针入度、延度、软化点、粘度和车辙因子等方面入手,研究不同橡胶粉掺量下橡胶沥青基本性能变化规律,确定适宜的橡胶粉掺量。采用对比试验,研究橡胶沥青和基质沥青在不同老化程度下基本性能的变化规律,试验结果说明橡胶沥青具有较好的抗老化性能。为了研究橡胶沥青混合料的高温稳定性、水稳定性和疲劳性能,在室内条件下,采用车辙试验、浸水马歇尔试验和劈裂试验进行不同老化程度下的对比试验,分析了老化作用对橡胶沥青和基质沥青混合料路用性能的影响程度。通过落球冲击试验开展了加铺层老化行为下路面减振吸能衰变规律的研究。试验结果表明:在冲击荷载作用下,加铺层的振动响应是一个逐渐衰减的过程,加铺层老化程度越高减振吸能衰减越明显;振动响应幅值随落球高度的增加呈线性增长趋势,而综合考虑短期老化和长期老化效果,加铺层路面振动响应符合指数关系式;当满足测点位置与振动信号源距离相等且测点位置力学边界条件相似时,加铺层路面振动能量的传播具有对称性。
[Abstract]:With its superior road performance and driving comfort, asphalt pavement has been widely used in advanced highways and urban roads at home and abroad. However, due to the long-term effect of natural environment and vehicle load, the mechanical properties of asphalt mixture decrease year by year with the increase of service life, and then affect the function of asphalt pavement. At present, the research on the aging of asphalt mixture is mainly carried out from the aging of asphalt basic properties and the aging of pavement performance of asphalt mixture. However, the research on the aging behavior of rubber asphalt overlay from the point of view of actual pavement structure is seldom involved. Based on the basic properties of rubber asphalt, the road performance of rubber asphalt mixture and the vibration and energy absorption of rubber asphalt overlay, the influence of aging on the mechanical properties of rubber asphalt and its mixture is analyzed in this paper. Based on the basic properties of asphalt, such as penetration, ductility, softening point, viscosity and rutting factor, the changes of basic properties of rubber asphalt with different rubber powder content were studied, and the suitable rubber powder content was determined. The changes of basic properties of rubber asphalt and base asphalt under different aging degrees were studied by contrast test. The results show that rubber asphalt has better aging resistance. In order to study the high temperature stability, water stability and fatigue performance of rubber asphalt mixture, under indoor conditions, rutting test, immersion Marshall test and split test were carried out under different aging degree. The influence of aging on pavement performance of rubber asphalt and base asphalt mixture was analyzed. The law of vibration and energy absorption decay of pavement under overlay aging behavior was studied by ball drop impact test. The experimental results show that the vibration response of the overlay is a gradual attenuation process under the impact load, the higher the aging degree of the overlay is, the more obvious the damping energy attenuation is, and the amplitude of the vibration response increases linearly with the increase of the ball drop height. Considering the effect of short-term aging and long-term aging, the vibration response of overlay pavement accords with exponential relation, when the distance between measuring point and vibration signal source is equal and the mechanical boundary condition of measuring point position is similar, The propagation of vibration energy of overlay pavement has symmetry.
