集料组成对沥青混合料均匀性影响的试验分析及数值模拟

【摘要】:为分析集料组成及其粒径分布对沥青混合料均匀性的影响,采用自制设备模拟沥青混合料生产中集料从料仓中下落,对单一粒径和AC-13混合料的集料下落试验,采用PFC2D颗粒流程序对AC-13集料级配范围的上限、中值及下限的数值模拟,结果表明混合料中≥9.5 mm及≤2.36 mm粒径级配变异是导致沥青混合料不均匀的关键粒径范围,在沥青路面设计及施工中,严格控制级配可提高的路面工程质量。
