真空压实样机设计及机架有限元分析

【摘要】:我国公路建设虽然发展迅速,但由于压实度不够等因素而使路面面临车辙、裂缝、水损坏等病害,真空压实技术作为沥青路面压实的一项新技术,具有减少沥青混凝土内部孔隙率、提高压实度、延长路面使用寿命等诸多优点,因此对真空压实技术展开研究具有十分重要的现实意义。本文以试验研究为基础,通过室内试验验证了真空压实技术的可行性,并对真空压实样机设计、仿真展开研究。进行真空压实样机设计前,首先对样机密封方案进行讨论及实验验证、对样机设计方案进行研究。通过实验找到了较佳的密封方案,继而对真空压实原样机方案做出简化。根据真空压实样机的设计要求,完成了总体设计及部件设计。真空压实样机主体部分的设计如行走系统、振动系统、减振系统等主要参照手扶式振动压路机各个系统进行设计。最后,利用三维建模软件Pro/E建立了真空压实样机模型,并将其导入有限元分析软件。利用ANSYS Workbench对样机机架进行静力学分析及模态分析,得到机架的应力、位移分布规律及机架的固有振动特性。本文所完成的真空压实原理性试验、所设计的真空压实样机,为真空压实技术的进一步研究提供了平台。
[Abstract]:Although highway construction in China is developing rapidly, due to insufficient compaction degree and other factors, pavement is faced with rutting, cracks, water damage and other diseases. Vacuum compaction technology is a new technology of asphalt pavement compaction. It has many advantages, such as reducing internal porosity of asphalt concrete, increasing compaction degree, prolonging pavement service life and so on. Therefore, the research on vacuum compaction technology is of great practical significance. Based on the experimental research, the feasibility of vacuum compaction technology is verified through laboratory tests, and the design and simulation of vacuum compaction prototype are studied. Before designing the vacuum compaction prototype, the sealing scheme of the prototype is discussed and verified by experiments, and the design scheme of the prototype is studied. A better sealing scheme was found through experiments, and then the original vacuum compaction prototype was simplified. According to the design requirements of vacuum compaction prototype, the overall design and component design are completed. The design of the main part of the vacuum compaction prototype, such as walking system, vibration absorption system and so on, mainly refers to the design of each system of the walking vibratory roller. Finally, the model of vacuum compaction prototype is established by using 3D modeling software Pro/E and imported into finite element analysis software. The static analysis and modal analysis of the prototype frame are carried out by using ANSYS Workbench, and the stress and displacement distribution of the frame and the inherent vibration characteristics of the frame are obtained. The vacuum compaction principle test and the vacuum compaction prototype designed in this paper provide a platform for further research on vacuum compaction technology.
