路网容量约束下的停车供给模型研究

【摘要】:随着我国社会经济的快速发展,我国城镇化进程迅速提升,城市规模不断扩大,机动车保有量快速增长。快速增长的机动车尤其是私家车保有量使得道路交通量和停车需求成倍增长,使得我国城市交通问题(譬如交通拥堵、交通基础设施负荷严重加剧、停车设施供给不足、乱放乱停等)日趋严峻,这给城市的交通系统带来了极大的挑战。本文首先对停车供需和动静态交通进行了系统全面的分析,对其相互之间的关系进行梳理,明确提出在进行停车供需研究时,要充分考虑到动态交通的影响,而动态交通又受道路设施承载能力的约束,因此停车供需研究要考虑道路设施承载能力的限制,本文还尝试从正反平衡角度对停车供给与路网容量相匹配的基本思路进行了分析。其次,本文对如何有效的确定道路设施承载能力方面进行了探讨,最终选定采用路网容量来表征道路设施的承载能力。本文从影响路网容量的因素出发,在时空消耗法基础上对实际的路网容量进行修正,从而使得道路设施的承载能力更加贴合实际。同时本文也详细介绍了路网服务水平下的路网容量模型,将其与本文所建立的修正模型进行对比,以避免一种模型计算路网容量时可能导致的误差甚至错误。再者,本文分析了已有一些停车需求预测模型的优缺点,提出在进行停车需求预测时考虑路网容量约束的重要性。最后本文从城市道路设施的路网容量出发,尝试建立与其相匹配的停车供给模型。从而使得道路设施和停车供给设施整体效益达到最佳。最后,本文以西安高新区为例对研究的模型进行了实践应用,在分析研究区域内的路网设施及运行特征、居民出行特征、停车特征等等基础上,计算出了研究区域的实际路网容量,在此基础上进一步得出了与路网容量相匹配的停车供给量。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's social economy, the process of urbanization in China has been promoted rapidly, the scale of cities has been expanding, and the number of motor vehicles has increased rapidly. The rapid increase in the number of motor vehicles, especially private cars, has multiplied the traffic volume and parking demand, and caused urban traffic problems (such as traffic congestion, serious traffic infrastructure burden, insufficient supply of parking facilities). Increasingly serious, this brings a great challenge to the transportation system of the city. In this paper, first of all, the parking supply and demand and dynamic and static traffic are systematically and comprehensively analyzed, and the relationship between parking supply and demand is combed out, and the influence of dynamic traffic should be fully taken into account in the research of parking supply and demand. And the dynamic traffic is constrained by the carrying capacity of road facilities, so the study of parking supply and demand should consider the limit of carrying capacity of road facilities. This paper also attempts to analyze the basic idea of matching parking supply with network capacity from the point of view of positive and negative balance. Secondly, this paper discusses how to effectively determine the bearing capacity of road facilities, and finally chooses the road network capacity to express the bearing capacity of road facilities. Starting from the factors affecting the capacity of road network, this paper modifies the actual capacity of road network on the basis of space-time consumption method, so as to make the carrying capacity of road facilities more practical. At the same time, this paper also introduces the network capacity model under the network service level in detail, and compares it with the modified model established in this paper, in order to avoid the errors or even errors that may be caused by a model in calculating the network capacity. Furthermore, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of some existing parking demand forecasting models, and puts forward the importance of considering the network capacity constraints in parking demand prediction. Finally, starting from the road network capacity of urban road facilities, this paper tries to establish a parking supply model matching it. So that the overall benefits of road facilities and parking facilities to achieve the best. Finally, this paper takes Xi'an High-tech Zone as an example to carry on the practical application to the research model, on the basis of analyzing the road network facilities and operation characteristics, residents travel characteristics, parking characteristics and so on. The actual network capacity of the studied area is calculated, and the parking supply matching with the network capacity is obtained.
