V2G网络的通信协议设计与实现

【摘要】:汽车到电网(Vehicle to Grid,V2G)是由大量电动汽车、充馈电站与电网组成的电动汽车与电网互动信息网络,电动汽车既可以从电网充电,也可以向电网馈电。如果大量电动汽车不加控制地接入到电网,将会给电网带来“峰上加峰”的压力,因此电网需要及时获得电动汽车的充馈电意愿、位置等信息,远程监控充馈电站的运营状况,根据电网负荷状况对电动汽车进行充馈电宏观调度。如何在V2G环境下,以一种有效的方式或机制保证V2G中电动汽车、充馈电站与电网之间通信的可靠性和时效性,已成为V2G技术里面临的一个重要问题。本文针对一种由电动汽车、公共充电站、停车场充馈电站、聚合器、能量供求管理器这些功能组件构成的V2G网络系统,研究分析了该系统充馈电服务中信息流类型和充馈电过程,以及目前V2G网络的通信技术,设计了能够实现预约充电、全局馈电、局部馈电和价格管理功能的V2G充馈电调度管理通信协议。根据V2G网络中各种功能组件的电力流与信息流通信需求,本文采用两种V2G网元充馈电调度管理通信协议栈模型,在V2G网络仿真系统中实现了网元协议栈模型中的应用层管理控制模块、资源调度模块和移动管理模块,通过仿真测试,检验了充馈电调度管理通信协议的报文收发解析处理、充馈电资源调度、以及电动汽车的移动性管理与充馈电站选择功能。在此基础上,对V2G网络仿真系统的传输成功率和网络时延等指标进行了测试评估。目前还没有成熟应用的V2G充馈电调度管理通信标准,因此本文设计的V2G网络的充馈电调度管理通信协议具有一定的理论及应用参考价值。
[Abstract]:(Vehicle to grid V2G) is an interactive information network between electric vehicles and power grids, which consists of a large number of electric vehicles, charging stations and power grids. Electric vehicles can be charged from or fed to the power grid. If a large number of electric vehicles are uncontrollably connected to the power network, it will bring the pressure of "peak plus peak" to the power network. Therefore, the power network needs to obtain timely information of the electric vehicle's charging intention, position, and so on, so as to remotely monitor the operation status of the charging station. According to the load condition of electric network, the macro dispatching of electric vehicle is carried out. How to ensure the reliability and timeliness of communication between charging station and power network in V2G by an effective way or mechanism has become an important problem in V2G technology. This paper aims at a V2G network system composed of electric vehicle, public charging station, parking lot charging station, aggregator and energy supply and demand manager. This paper studies and analyzes the information flow type and charging process in the charging and feeding service of the system, and the communication technology of the V2G network at present, and designs a system that can realize the reservation charging and the global feed. Local feed and price management function of V2G charge feeder dispatching management communication protocol. According to the power flow and information flow communication requirements of various functional components in V2G network, two kinds of V2G network element feeder dispatching management communication protocol stack models are adopted in this paper. In the V2G network simulation system, the application layer management control module, resource scheduling module and mobile management module are implemented in the network element protocol stack model. Recharge and feed resource scheduling, mobility management of electric vehicle and selection function of charging and feeding station. On this basis, the transmission success rate and network delay of V2G network simulation system are tested and evaluated. At present, there is no mature communication standard of V2G charging and feeder dispatching management, so the communication protocol designed in this paper has certain theoretical and application reference value.
