多孔隙聚氨酯碎石混合料强度及影响因素试验研究

【摘要】:多孔隙聚氨酯碎石混合料(简称PPM)是由聚氨酯胶水与单级配或间断级配骨料按一定配比拌和而成的新型路面材料,其空隙率通常介于15%~30%,具有良好的透水透气性能。如今,国内外对PPM尚缺乏系统研究,故目前还只是小规模应用于大型广场、公园道路、城市人行道等轻交通道面铺装。该文采用立方体无侧限抗压试验和矩形梁抗折试验对其强度特性及影响因素展开了大量试验研究。结果表明:PPM的强度随着胶水用量、插捣次数的增加而增大,随着碎石粒径、针片状颗粒含量、空隙率的增大而减小;碎石形状越接近于立方体其强度越大;当胶水用量介于4%~6%之间、碎石形状接近于立方体、针片状含量低于5%、插捣次数为50次、养护龄期为24h、养护温度为28℃时,其抗压强度可达到10MPa、抗折强度可达到4.5 MPa,由此可见PPM具有良好的路用前景。
[Abstract]:Polyporous polyurethane macadam mixture (PPM) is a new type of pavement material, which is composed of polyurethane glue and single grade aggregate or discontinuous gradation aggregate. Its porosity is usually between 15% and 30%, and it has good permeability and air permeability. At present, there is no systematic research on PPM at home and abroad, so it is only used for light traffic pavement such as large square, park road, city sidewalk and so on. In this paper, the strength characteristics and influencing factors of cube unconfined compression test and rectangular beam flexural test are studied. The results show that the strength of the mass fraction increases with the amount of glue and the number of insertions increases, and decreases with the increase of the particle size, the content of the needle and the void ratio, and the more the shape of the crushed stone is closer to the cube, the greater the strength is. When the amount of glue is between 4% and 6%, the shape of gravel is close to the cube, the content of needle sheet is less than 5, the number of insertions is 50, the curing age is 24 hours, and the curing temperature is 28 鈩,
