智能停车系统用户体验设计研究
[Abstract]:With the increase of car ownership in cities, there is a serious imbalance in the supply of public parking spaces. For a long time, the attention of the society to the traffic problem has focused on the dynamic traffic. The static parking problem has caused the car owners to experience a very bad experience in the parking process. As the parking contradictions become more and more concentrated, the government, Society and academia are beginning to focus on parking. The diversity of parking and parking spaces, the difference of management mode makes the whole parking solution difficult. With the improvement of government policy environment and the attention to congestion problem, the whole parking market can be accelerated by mobile Internet, which provides a good condition for producing higher quality solutions. This paper investigates all kinds of parking lots and parking facilities in domestic and international markets, and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages qualitatively and quantitatively. This paper summarizes the five main aspects that affect the parking user's experience, such as the development of automobile technology, parking space management mode, human-computer interaction technology, policy environment and owner's personal experience, and analyzes and discusses it. This paper discusses the design elements and principles of the user experience of the man-vehicle-environment parking system by using various research methods, and puts forward a solution to the intelligent network-shared parking lock for the small parking lot with the largest number of parking spaces in the city. The development trend of parking industry in the future is discussed. Although the whole industry and academia are still groping for different intelligent parking solutions, the solution based on user experience optimization will be a crucial factor for the market and user acceptance. The application of new technologies in the future will revolutionize the whole parking process and experience.
