山区PC梁桥工程设计研究

【摘要】:我国幅员辽阔,地势地貌多样,山区在我国的国土面积中占有较大的比重,随着经济建设和区域统筹的发展,越来越多的道路在山区修建,作为道路的关键点桥梁起着重要的作用,山区PC(Prestress Concrete)梁桥由于其独特的地理环境特点,其工程设计受到了越来越多桥梁工作者的关注,为了更好的发挥山区PC梁桥在交通网和经济建设中的作用,需要对山区PC梁桥进行进一步研究。本文在总结前人研究成果的基础上,根据山区PC梁桥的结构特点和地理环境特点,主要做了如下工作:(1)从主梁内力、桥梁挠度、混凝土收缩徐变和温度效应等方面对桥梁上部结构的计算进行研究。对山区PC梁桥支座支座的划分和支座的设计计算理论进行了详细研究,结合山区PC梁桥具体特点,从山区PC梁桥桥墩形式、设计计算理论和稳定性验算,桥台形式和设计计算理论,基础形式、沉降和稳定性计算等方面对山区PC梁桥的下部结构进行研究,并根据山区PC梁桥的特殊地理环境特点,提出了山区PC梁桥设计中的注意事项。(2)以国内山区PC梁桥为例,建立了其有限元模型,并对其进行了自振特性分析,屈曲稳定分析,整体和局部升降温受力分析,影响线分析。由结构的动力特性可知由于桥梁墩高较高,结构整体性较柔,且其横向刚度小于纵向刚度,故应注意验算风荷载等横向荷载作用下结构的安全性。由屈曲分析可知桥梁失稳模态主要集中在桥梁结构的整体,高墩的刚度对桥梁屈曲失稳模态和屈曲稳定系数都有较大的影响。桥梁的整体升、降温对边跨桥墩的影响比中跨桥墩的影响大。(3)以实际工程为背景,对其上部结构、下部结构进行了设计计算,得到了不同荷载组合作用下结构的内力、应力及结构变形数据,验证了结构在施工阶段、正常使用状态、承载力极限状态下均满足规范要求,为后续类似工程设计提供设计数据参考。
[Abstract]:China is a vast country with various landforms and landforms. Mountain areas occupy a large proportion of China's land area. With the development of economic construction and regional co-ordination, more and more roads are built in mountainous areas. As the key point of roads, bridges play an important role. PC (Prestress Concrete) beam bridges in mountainous areas have their unique geographical environment characteristics. More and more bridge engineers pay attention to the engineering design. In order to play a better role in the transportation network and economic construction of PC girder bridges in mountainous areas, it is necessary to further study the PC girder bridges in mountainous areas. The main works are as follows: (1) The calculation of the superstructure of the bridge is studied from the internal force of the main girder, the deflection of the bridge, the shrinkage and creep of the concrete and the temperature effect. In this paper, the lower structure of PC girder bridge in mountainous area is studied in terms of stability checking calculation, abutment form and design calculation theory, foundation form, settlement and stability calculation. According to the special geographical environment characteristics of PC girder bridge in mountainous area, the matters needing attention in the design of PC girder bridge in mountainous area are put forward. (2) Taking PC girder bridge in domestic mountainous area as an example, its finite element method is established. The dynamic characteristics of the structure show that the pier height of the bridge is higher, the structural integrity is more flexible, and the transverse stiffness is less than the longitudinal stiffness, so it is necessary to check the safety of the structure under transverse loads such as wind load. The buckling analysis shows that the buckling mode of the bridge is mainly concentrated in the whole bridge structure, and the stiffness of the high pier has great influence on the buckling mode and buckling stability coefficient of the bridge. The internal force, stress and deformation data of the structure under different load combinations are obtained. It is verified that the structure meets the requirements of the code in the construction stage, normal service state and ultimate bearing capacity state, which provides design data for similar engineering design.
