湖沥青改性沥青在高速公路的应用技术研究

【摘要】:在现有的高速公路建设中,SBS改性沥青得到了很广泛的应用,然而随着SBS价格的不断提高,与道路出现的各种损坏的加剧,人们开始寻找一种价格合理而路用性能又十分优越的沥青材料来替代SBS改性沥青。经过一些实际工程的使用效果与工程实践,人们开始发现特立尼达湖沥青在路用性能方面具有一定的优越性。本文主要研究了湖沥青改性沥青在高速公路的应用技术研究,主要从湖沥青的改性机理、影响湖沥青混合料性能的因素、湖沥青在高温多与地区的评价指标研究、湖沥青的配伍性与室内加工工艺研究这四个方面来开展研究,得出的主要结论如下:①通过沥青组分的四组分试验可以看出,沥青软化点受沥青中沥青质的含量的变化而影响较大,沥青质的含量在很大程度上也影响了沥青的高温性能。②岩沥青与湖沥青与基质沥青相比较而言,芳香芬与饱和芬明显比较低,胶质的含量相差不大,有显著区别的是沥青质的含量明显比基质沥青要高。③不用种类的沥青在同一种液体中的接触角变化并不显著。④通过同样一种的沥青与不一样的液体之间的试验可以看出,它们接触角的大小与液体所具有的表面张力具有比较好的关联性,并且如果液体的表面张力逐渐变大,则两种液体之间的接触角也变得越大。这一规律与粉体是同样的。⑤结合干、湿法试验结果综合分析可知,造成湿法工艺条件下高温性能改善不显著的原因是:湖沥青改性沥青在放置在拌锅之前,由于灰分发生了一定的沉淀,直接导致了湖沥青改性沥青中沥青量与灰分含量的不稳定,在传统的湿法加工工艺中,这种灰分的不均匀的现象无可避免,所以在加工工艺上,采用干法加工工艺能达到更好的性能效果。⑥干湿法的加工工艺对湖沥青的马歇尔稳定度的影响不大,并且其稳定度的值远远大于规范的技术要求。这也就说明,马歇尔指标对于湖沥青改性沥青而言,不是控制性的技术指标。⑦SHRP研究成果的PG分级方法,可有效的对TLA改性沥青进行评价。⑧TLA改性沥青与基质沥青在两者的相容性方面,基本上没有配伍性的问题,也就是TLA与任何一种基质沥青制备TLA改性沥青时,只需要用物理加热并采用机械搅拌来制备TLA改性沥青就可以了。
[Abstract]:SBS modified asphalt has been widely used in the existing highway construction. However, with the increasing of SBS price, the damage of various kinds of roads has been aggravated. People began to look for a reasonable price and excellent performance of asphalt to replace SBS modified asphalt. Through the application effect and engineering practice of some practical projects, people began to find that Trinidad Lake asphalt has certain superiority in road performance. This paper mainly studies the application technology of lake asphalt modified asphalt in expressway, mainly from the view of the modification mechanism of lake asphalt, the factors affecting the performance of lake asphalt mixture, the evaluation index of lake asphalt in high temperature and area. The compatibility of lake asphalt and the study of indoor processing technology are studied in four aspects. The main conclusions are as follows: 1. Through the four-component test of the asphalt component, we can see, The softening point of asphalt is greatly affected by the change of asphaltene content in asphalt, and the content of asphaltene also affects the high temperature performance of asphalt to a great extent. Aromatic and saturated fen were significantly lower than those of saturated fen, and the content of colloid was not different. The significant difference is that the asphaltene content is significantly higher than that of the base asphalt. 3. 3 the contact angle of the asphalt in the same liquid does not change significantly. 4 as can be seen from the tests between the same asphalt and the different liquid, Their contact angle is closely related to the surface tension of the liquid, and if the surface tension of the liquid increases gradually, the contact angle between the two liquids becomes larger. This rule is the same as that of powder. The comprehensive analysis of wet test results shows that the reason for the improvement of high temperature performance under wet process condition is that the asphalt modified by lake asphalt is placed before mixing pot. Due to the precipitation of ash, it leads directly to the instability of asphalt content and ash content in the modified asphalt of lake asphalt. In the traditional wet processing technology, the uneven ash content phenomenon is inevitable, so in the processing technology, 6. Dry and wet processing technology has little effect on Marshall stability of lake asphalt, and its stability value is far greater than the technical requirements of specifications. This means that Marshall index is not a controlling technical index. 7SHRP PG classification method for lake asphalt modified asphalt. It is effective to evaluate the compatibility between the modified asphalt and the bitumen of TLA, that is, when TLA and any kind of asphalt are used to prepare the modified asphalt of TLA, there is no compatibility between the asphalt and the asphalt. TLA modified asphalt can be prepared by physical heating and mechanical stirring.
