特重荷载下水泥混凝土路面承载能力有限元仿真分析

【摘要】:通过借助动力触探、自动落锤等检测手段,采用小挠度弹性薄板理论构建有限元模型进行承载力数值仿真分析.结果表明:相同特重荷载,不同厚度、不同强度等级的水泥混凝土路面在车轮作用处的最大变形量为0.375 4~0.657 9mm;水泥混凝土道板厚度为10~25cm、强度等级为C30~C50时,车轮作用处路面最大变形量显著减小;根据路面的全寿命设计周期,采用C40、25cm厚的水泥混凝土道板.研究成果可为特重荷载下的水泥混凝土路面结构设计提供理论支撑.
[Abstract]:By means of dynamic penetration and automatic drop weight, the finite element model of small deflection elastic thin plate is used to simulate and analyze the bearing capacity. The results show that the maximum deformation of cement concrete pavement with the same heavy load, different thickness and different strength grade is 0.375 ~ 0.6579mm, and the thickness of cement concrete track slab is 10 ~ 25cm, and the strength grade is C30~C50. According to the whole life design cycle of the pavement, the cement concrete slab with the thickness of C40 ~ 25cm is adopted. The research results can provide theoretical support for the design of cement concrete pavement structure under heavy load.
