沥青混合料水温稳定性能参数控制方法研究

【摘要】:随着高速公路的发展和使用,许多沥青路面在运营不久后会出现水损害和低温开裂等病害。目前,对沥青混合料的性能参数评价标准普遍采用小样本均值的试验方法,但是由于沥青混合料颗粒的大小、形状的不规则以及成型过程中颗粒空间分布的不均匀,导致内部结构的差异,从而决定了沥青混合料性能参数的离散性。因此小样本均值试验与实际情况存在一定的差异,不能满足设计要求。本文通过大样本试验数据,对沥青混合料性能参数分布规律进行研究,建立符合分布规律的风险模型,基于风险理论探索性能参数质量控制标准的方法,并确定了沥青混合料性能惨检验评定方法。本文基于大样本试验结果,分析沥青混合料性能参数变异性产生的原因,确定了变异性存在的必然性。因为不同级配对沥青混合料性能参数产生一定的影响,因此,本文选取基于AC-16沥青混合料,选取三种级配、两种沥青拌制沥青混合料进行水稳定性和低温抗裂性的试验,确定了其性能参数的分布规律。结果表明,评价沥青混合料低温性的最大弯拉应变和弯曲应变能密度可以用二参数威布尔分布表征,而评价水稳定性的冻融劈裂强度比可以用三参数威布尔分布表征。通过上述的研究,建立了符合其分布规律的沥青混合料质量控制标准的风险模型,提出了基于风险理论的沥青混合料性能参数控制标准的确定方法,通过可靠度理论对基于风险理论的沥青混合料性能参数控制标准进行了效益分析。最后,针对现行规范的不足,提出了均值fa和最小值fmin 2种检验方法作为沥青混合料水温稳定性能参数检验评定方法。
[Abstract]:With the development and use of expressway, many asphalt pavement will appear water damage and low temperature cracking disease soon after operation. At present, the performance parameters of asphalt mixture are generally evaluated by the method of small sample average. However, due to the irregular size and shape of asphalt mixture particles and the uneven distribution of particles in the molding process, The difference of internal structure determines the dispersion of asphalt mixture performance parameters. Therefore, there is a certain difference between the small sample average test and the actual situation, which can not meet the design requirements. In this paper, based on the large sample test data, the distribution law of performance parameters of asphalt mixture is studied, and the risk model according to the distribution law is established. Based on the risk theory, the method of quality control standard for performance parameters is explored. The evaluation method of asphalt mixture performance was determined. Based on the test results of large sample, this paper analyzes the reasons for the variability of asphalt mixture performance parameters, and determines the inevitability of variability. Because of the influence of different gradation on the performance parameters of asphalt mixture, this paper selects the asphalt mixture based on AC-16, selects three gradation, two kinds of asphalt mix asphalt mixture to carry on the water stability and the low temperature crack resistance test. The distribution of its performance parameters is determined. The results show that the maximum flexural strain and bending strain energy density for evaluating the low temperature properties of asphalt mixtures can be characterized by two-parameter Weibull distribution, while the ratio of freeze-thaw splitting strength to evaluate water stability can be characterized by three-parameter Weibull distribution. Through the above research, the risk model of asphalt mixture quality control standard is established according to its distribution law, and the determination method of asphalt mixture performance parameter control standard based on risk theory is put forward. Based on the reliability theory, the performance parameter control standard of asphalt mixture based on risk theory is analyzed. Finally, in view of the shortcomings of current specifications, two testing methods, mean fa and minimum fmin, are put forward as the test and evaluation methods of asphalt mixture water temperature stability performance parameters.
