连续梁桥悬臂施工临时固结措施及其影响研究
[Abstract]:Temporary consolidation is one of the important measures to guarantee the safety and stability of cantilever construction of continuous beam bridge. How to make the temporary consolidation of bridge structure favorable to the internal force, deflection and stability of the bridge structure in cantilever construction is the engineering design. Important problems in construction control. Combined with practical engineering, this paper studies the influence of various current methods of temporary consolidation on bridge internal force, deflection and stability, and probes into reasonable temporary consolidation form and structural parameters to ensure the reliability of bridge cantilever construction. Rationality and economy. The main points of this paper are as follows: (1) the paper analyzes the concrete forms of the common structures of temporary consolidation of continuous girder bridges, and induces and classifies them according to the characteristics of temporary consolidation forces, and explores the applicable conditions, advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of temporary consolidation. And summarizes the matters needing attention in the design and construction of temporary consolidation. (2) the paper introduces the common methods of temporary consolidation simulation in engineering, and probes into the influence of temporary consolidation simulation method and the stiffness of temporary consolidation support on the calculation results. The advantages and disadvantages and applicable scope of each simulation method are summarized, which provides a reference for the simulation analysis of temporary consolidation in engineering. (3) by analyzing the force of temporary consolidation of continuous beam bridge, the relationship between bridge internal force, deflection and temporary consolidation parameters is obtained. The main factors affecting the properties of temporary consolidation structures are summarized. By establishing the finite element model of the bridge, the influence of different temporary consolidation forms and structural parameters on the stress and deflection of the bridge structure is analyzed, and the design range of the parameters of the temporary consolidation structure and the influence law on the bridge are obtained. The paper also analyzes the influence of temporary support on bridge, and obtains the setting principle of temporary support. Finally, the effect of temporary consolidation form and structural parameters on the long-term deflection of the main beam is analyzed, and the effect of the temporary consolidation on the long-term deflection of the main beam is obtained. It provides a certain reference for the design and construction of temporary consolidation. (4) the stability theory of cantilever construction of continuous beam bridge is briefly introduced in this paper. Based on the eigenvalue buckling theory, the influence of temporary consolidation on the construction stability of continuous beam bridges under the maximum cantilever state is analyzed and the influence law is obtained. At the same time, it also analyzes the influence of the temporary supporting piers on the construction stability of the continuous beam bridge with high piers, and obtains the setting principle of the tie beam. (5) the paper summarizes the general mathematical model and basic methods of optimal design, and uses penalty function method (SUMT) to compile optimization program to optimize the parameters of three kinds of temporary consolidation. The optimal design results of the temporary consolidation parameters are obtained, which provides a reference for the selection and design of the temporary consolidation in engineering.
