YCT-25型冲击压路机在准池铁路黄土路基中的施工技术研究

【摘要】:本文针对冲击压路机在黄土地区的使用缺乏详细的冲击压实技术规范,施工质量控制方法也不成熟等施工关键问题,依托准池铁路实际工程地质条件,利用钻芯取样方法,对YCT-25型冲击压路机在黄土路基中的补强使用进行效果验证。结果表明:在2m范围内,冲击压实效果明显;经压实度检测,得出合理冲击遍数为10遍;对于低液限黏土,土的含水率在ωopt-2%≤ω≤ωopt+4%这个范围内,经过冲击压路机补强作业,黄土路基也能达到压实要求。
[Abstract]:In view of the lack of detailed technical specifications for impact compaction and the immature construction quality control methods, this paper relies on the actual engineering geological conditions of quasi-pool railway and uses the method of sampling by drilling core, in view of the lack of detailed technical specifications for impact compaction in the loess area and the immaturity of construction quality control methods. The effect of reinforcement of YCT-25 impact roller in loess roadbed is verified. The results show that the impact compaction effect is obvious in the range of 2m, the reasonable impact times are 10 times after compaction testing, and for low liquid limit clay, the moisture content of the soil is within the range of 蠅 opt-2% 鈮,
