盾尾密封油脂泵送性测试仪器、测试方法与评价标准研究

【摘要】：针对目前国内盾尾密封油脂的泵送性无精确定量测试设备、测试方法和评价标准的问题,对国内外盾尾密封油脂泵送性的测试仪器、测试方法和评价标准进行了梳理和对比。根据课题组对盾尾密封油脂的配方和性能的研究成果,结合我国盾构隧道施工中盾尾密封油脂的具体使用情况,参考ASTM D1092,研制了盾尾密封油脂泵送性的定量测试设备、给出了测试方法,并推荐了其评价标准。为我国制定盾尾密封油脂泵送性指标的行业标准提供了借鉴。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the lack of accurate quantitative testing equipment, testing method and evaluation standard for the pump performance of shield tail sealant oil in China at present, the test instruments, test methods and evaluation criteria for the pump performance of shield tail seal oil at home and abroad are combed and compared. According to the research results of the formula and performance of shield tail seal grease, combined with the concrete application of shield tail seal grease in shield tunnel construction in China, and referring to ASTM D1092, a quantitative testing equipment for the pump performance of shield tail seal grease was developed. The test method is given and the evaluation standard is recommended. It provides a reference for our country to establish the industry standard of pump performance index of shield tail seal grease.
