快速公交自动检票机控制系统研究与开发

【摘要】:本文主要研究对象是快速公交系统中的自动检票机,研究的具体工作是对其控制系统进行设计与开发。快速公交(BRT,Bus Rapid Transit)是一种介于轨道交通和传统公交的新型公共客运系统,通常被人称作"地面上的地铁"。在国内已经有30多个城市拥有BRT系统,其发展和推广势头良好。自动检票机作为BRT系统中的关键设备,其发展水平直接影响着BRT系统的推广,所以有必要针对性的对其自动检票机进行研究与开发。本文首先根据自动检票机在BRT系统中的实际使用需求和使用环境,确定出自动检票机的具体类型和票款支付方式,并且设计出系统的总体控制方案。随后依照控制方案,利用模块化设计思想依次完成硬币处理模块、储值卡支付模块、机芯控制模块和IO控制模块硬件电路的设计绘制及控制程序的编写实现。之后对自动检票机应用软件进行了分层式的架构设计,利用设计模式等技术对各层中的功能模块逐一进行设计实现。此外设计并实现了一套适合于自动检票机中各模块间串行通讯的协议和一个易于复用的控制程序架构。最后,在设计完成整个控制系统的基础上结合机械结构对自动检票机进行了测试,结果表明该控制系统满足预期的设计目标和性能要求,具备一定的实用价值。同时也提出了该控制系统的一些不足之处和有待完善的地方,希望有助于日后相关领域的研究。
[Abstract]:The main research object of this paper is the automatic ticketing machine in bus rapid transit system. The specific work of the research is to design and develop the control system. Bus Rapid Transit (BRT,Bus Rapid Transit) is a new type of public passenger transport system between rail transit and traditional public transport, which is often referred to as "subway on the ground". There are more than 30 cities in China have BRT system, its development and promotion momentum is good. As the key equipment in BRT system, the development level of automatic ticketing machine has a direct impact on the popularization of BRT system, so it is necessary to research and develop its automatic ticketing machine. In this paper, according to the actual application requirement and environment of automatic ticket check-out machine in BRT system, the specific types of automatic ticket check-in machine and the payment method of ticket are determined, and the overall control scheme of the system is designed. Then according to the control scheme, the coin processing module, the value storage card payment module, the core control module and the IO control module are designed and drawn according to the control scheme, and the control program is written. After that, the application software of automatic ticket check-out machine is designed with hierarchical architecture, and the functional modules in each layer are designed and implemented one by using the design pattern and other technologies. In addition, a protocol suitable for serial communication between modules in automatic ticketing machine and a control program architecture which is easy to reuse are designed and implemented. Finally, on the basis of the design and completion of the whole control system, combined with the mechanical structure, the automatic ticketing machine is tested. The results show that the control system meets the expected design objectives and performance requirements, and has certain practical value. At the same time, some shortcomings of the control system and some places to be improved are also put forward, which is expected to be helpful to the research in related fields in the future.
