低路堤重载交通下钢波纹管涵洞力学性能及其与路基变形协同性理论研究

【摘要】:随着我国公路事业的高速发展,涵洞在公路中的作用也越来越明显。钢波纹管涵洞作为公路涵洞的基本类型之一,因为其柔性结构、适应变形的特性使其在涵洞中占有的比例也越来越大,这一现象在特殊地质地区表现的更为明显。本文针对低路堤重载交通下钢波纹管涵洞力学性能及其与路基变形协调性展开研究。结合实际工程项目,通过现场试验及数值模拟的方法对钢波纹管涵洞在低路堤重载交通下的变形及受力特性、以及与路基变形的协调性能进行分析,主要做了以下工作:①结合国内外对钢波纹管涵洞的研究现状,给出了钢波纹涵洞材料的力学性能及工程特性,给出钢波纹管涵洞的使用条件及其适用性。②根据一处直径3米、填土高度2.6米的钢波纹管涵洞的现场试验,得出钢波纹管涵洞切向应变、管周切向应变现场试验数据。分析数据得出:当车辆位于不同车道时,波纹管切向应变随着应变片位置的变化而不同,但其随荷载移动的变化趋势却存在相似性。当荷载作用于不同车道时,钢波纹管切向应变不同,随着荷载的移动,波纹管不同断面同一角度的切向应变值不同但变化规律相似。③结合现场试验情况,通过数值模拟方法得出确定工况条件下钢波纹管涵洞管顶和管底波峰及波谷处(包括切向和轴向)受力特征、沿管涵圆周切向应力分布规律。④确定工况条件下,分析管涵竖向位移及路基竖向位移变化规律,进一步分析低路堤重载交通下钢波纹管涵洞与路基的变形协同性。论文研究成果给出了钢波纹管涵洞在低路堤重载交通下的力学性能,主要包括应变及应力情况,研究了钢波纹管涵洞与路基的变形协同性,具有重要的理论和应用价值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of highway industry in China, the role of culvert in highway is becoming more and more obvious. Steel corrugated pipe culvert is one of the basic types of highway culvert. Because of its flexible structure and the characteristic of adapting to deformation, it occupies more and more proportion in culvert, which is more obvious in special geological area. In this paper, the mechanical properties of steel corrugated culvert and its compatibility with roadbed deformation under heavy load traffic of low embankment are studied. Combined with actual engineering projects, the deformation and mechanical characteristics of steel bellows culvert under heavy load traffic of low embankment are analyzed by field test and numerical simulation, and the compatibility with subgrade deformation is also analyzed. The following work has been done: 1. The mechanical properties and engineering properties of steel corrugated culvert materials have been given according to the current research situation of steel corrugated pipe culverts at home and abroad. The application conditions and applicability of steel corrugated culvert .2 according to the field test of a steel corrugated pipe culvert with diameter of 3 meters and filling height of 2.6 meters, the field test data of tangential strain and circumferential tangential strain of steel corrugated pipe culvert are obtained. The results show that the tangential strain of bellows varies with the position of strain gauge when the vehicle is located in different lanes, but the trend of variation with load is similar. When the load acts on different lanes, the tangential strain of steel bellows is different. With the load moving, the tangential strain values of the corrugated tubes at the same angle of different sections are different, but the variation law is similar. 3. Through the numerical simulation method, the stress characteristics of the top and bottom wave peaks and troughs of steel corrugated culvert under certain working conditions (including tangential and axial directions) are obtained, and the distribution of tangential stress along the circumferential direction of pipe culvert is determined under certain working conditions. The variation law of vertical displacement of pipe culvert and subgrade is analyzed, and the synergism of deformation between steel corrugated culvert and subgrade under heavy load traffic of low embankment is analyzed. In this paper, the mechanical properties of steel corrugated pipe culvert under heavy load traffic of low embankment are given, including strain and stress, and the synergism of deformation between steel corrugated pipe culvert and roadbed is studied, which has important theoretical and practical value.
