市政道路工程项目质量管理研究

【摘要】：市政道路工程的质量随着我国城镇化进程的提高而不断提高。众所周知,一座城市的形象与市容可以通过市政道路质量进行体现,同时,市政道路质量与人民生命财产安全有直接关系,也影响着社会经济的健康发展。但是,市政道路自身具有特殊性,使得其施工过程的复杂性与质量控制的难度增加。就当前城市道路现状而言,市政道路存在着很多必须要重视的通病与质量问题。市政道路工程的质量管理必须要给予强化。基于此,本文对市政道路工程的质量管理问题进行研究。首先本文对市政道路质量与质量管理的有关理论进行概述,对市政道路的质量问题以及监管的不足进行阐述。之后,对市政道路工程质量管理的影响因素进行论述,对市政道路工程项目质量监管内容进行分析,对市政道路工程质量监管从勘察设计、施工、竣工验收等全过程进行分析,对各时期控制的要点进行研究。从而对市政道路工程监管的重点与难点进行阐述,对政府监管进行探讨,并且进行了政府监管和社会监管之间的差异,对政府监管存在的有关问题以及需要改进的趋势进行探讨。最后基于郑州市科学大道工程建设的具体案例,在实践中检验理论,从工程实际出发,对质量监管进行研究,对质量监管中政府的对策进行探讨。基于研究市政道路工程的质量管理,本文为基于质量管理理论的市政道路工程管理方法进行探讨,一方面使得质量管理在工程领域的理论研究得到完善,另一方面,对实际市政道路工程的质量管理与控制进行指导,进而为质量目标的实现提供保障。
[Abstract]:The quality of municipal road engineering has been improved with the development of urbanization in China. As we all know, the image and appearance of a city can be reflected through the quality of municipal roads. At the same time, the quality of municipal roads has a direct relationship with the safety of people's lives and property, and also affects the healthy development of social economy. However, municipal road has its own particularity, which makes its construction process more complex and difficult to control quality. As far as the present situation of urban roads is concerned, there are many common problems and quality problems that must be paid attention to. The quality management of municipal road engineering must be strengthened. Based on this, this paper studies the quality management of municipal road engineering. First of all, this paper summarizes the theory of quality and quality management of municipal roads, expounds the quality problems of municipal roads and the deficiencies of supervision. After that, the paper discusses the influencing factors of quality management of municipal road engineering, analyzes the content of quality supervision of municipal road engineering project, and analyzes the whole process of quality supervision of municipal road engineering from the aspects of reconnaissance, design, construction, completion and acceptance, etc. The main points of control in each period are studied. Thus, the emphasis and difficulty of municipal road engineering supervision are expounded, the government supervision is discussed, and the difference between government supervision and social supervision is carried out. This paper probes into the problems existing in government supervision and the trend that needs to be improved. Finally, based on the concrete case of the construction of the Science Avenue Project in Zhengzhou City, this paper tests the theory in practice, studies the quality supervision from the engineering practice, and probes into the government's countermeasures in the quality supervision. Based on the study of the quality management of municipal road engineering, this paper discusses the management method of municipal road engineering based on quality management theory, which makes the theoretical research of quality management in the field of engineering perfect, on the other hand, It guides the quality management and control of the actual municipal road engineering, and provides guarantee for the realization of the quality goal.
