道路车辆图像智能抓拍与管理系统

【摘要】:随着中国经济的高速发展,人们拥有的汽车数量越来越多,导致交通管理的工作压力不断增加,交通违章现象已成为现代交通管理中最重要的问题。道路车辆图像智能抓拍与管理系统正是针对目前我国道路交通的实际状况而进行设计的,该系统主要由前端智能抓拍子系统与Web后台数据库管理子系统构成,通过视频捕捉技术、图像分析技术、数据存储技术实现系统的抓拍及信息共享。本文设计的道路车辆图像智能抓拍与管理系统能促使行人与机动车的行为规范、有利于实现交通规范,对于减少交通事故、缓解交通拥挤起到一定的作用。在系统的开发设计过程中,本人从所在单位的日常工作考虑,参考同类的设备模型,参考现有的交通监管系统的工作原理及应用,并依照实际需要来设计系统架构,系统功能等。本系统通过前端智能抓拍子系统对行经路口的机动车进行监测捕捉,一旦发现发生违法行为的机动车,立即进行捕捉拍照,提高了交警部门对于违法行为的监控,从而改善公共交通的运行环境。此外,本系统所捕捉车辆信息还可以与公安交警网相连,通过黑名单查询及时发现肇事逃逸车辆、违法犯罪车辆,对其进行定位,实施布控抓捕,为违法案件的调查提供线索依据。道路车辆图像智能抓拍与管理系统主要基于Java开发语言、J2EE技术平台、SQLServer 2005数据库开发完成,主要研究成果有:(1)本系统前台使用高清摄像机对行驶经过的车辆进行拍摄,通过违法条件筛选,获得违法车辆的颜色、车型、牌照等图片信息,并通过后台图像处理软件识别对比处理,把处理结果及当前车辆图片信息发送至系统后台数据库,进行信息录入。(2)通过对数据库进行完善和优化,利用web系统管理平台,对用户进行管理、并可进行违章查询、违章处罚和公告。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, more and more cars are owned by people, which leads to the increasing pressure on traffic management. Traffic violation has become the most important problem in modern traffic management. The system is mainly composed of front-end intelligent capture subsystem and Web background database management subsystem. Video capture technology, image analysis technology and data storage technology are used to capture and share the system information. In the development and design process of the system, I consider from the daily work of the unit, refer to the similar equipment model, refer to the working principle and application of the existing traffic supervision system, and design the system architecture according to the actual needs. The system monitors and captures the motor vehicles passing through the intersection through the front-end intelligent capture subsystem. Once the illegal motor vehicles are found, the system captures and photographs them immediately, which improves the traffic police's monitoring of illegal activities and improves the operating environment of public transport. In addition, the vehicle information captured by the system is also provided. It can be connected with the public traffic police network and find the hit and run vehicles and illegal and criminal vehicles in time through blacklist inquiry, locate them, and implement arrest and control to provide clues for the investigation of illegal cases.The road vehicle image intelligent capture and management system is mainly based on Java development language, J2EE technology platform, SQL Server 2005 database. The main research results are as follows: (1) The front desk of the system uses high-definition camera to take pictures of the vehicles passing by. Through screening the illegal conditions, we can get the color, vehicle type, license plate and other picture information of the illegal vehicles. Through the background image processing software, we can identify and compare the processing results and the current vehicle picture information. System background database, information input. (2) Through the improvement and optimization of the database, using the web system management platform, the user can be managed, and can be queried, punished and announced.
