大型连续梁桥施工期风险预警系统研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着交通运输行业的不断发展,桥梁在公路运输中的地位越来越高,然而我国在大型桥梁建设施工时事故频发,不仅造成了巨大的经济损失,更是导致了大量人员的伤亡,在建大型桥梁的风险预警是保障施工安全,避免事故发生的重要手段。本论文首先分析了30几座近些年建设时发生事故的桥梁的事故原因,结合桥梁施工技术与管理方法归纳总结了大型桥梁施工时易发事故及其原因,为下文整个预警系统的搭建以及指标体系的建立奠定基础。接着,根据事故原因分析,结合现有学者对预警系统理论的研究,探讨了相似项目如煤矿、地震等事故预警系统的基础上,分析其与大型梁桥工程共有特点,找出大型梁桥特有的地方,依据ISO31000标准风险管理理论,构建了大型连续梁桥预警系统的框架,该系统主要有管理子系统与执行字系统两部分组成,与已有相似工程预警系统不同之处在于加入了预警组织系统与改进系统,并在此基础上对桥梁预警系统的运行机制进行了研究。以往相似工程的预警系统通常会忽略组织系统,本论文依据组织理论与预警系统理论,构建了大型梁桥预警组织结构,并确定其人员组成及职责,最后描述了该组织的工作流程。最后本论文通过文献的查阅以及文章起始易发事故及其原因的分析,完成了对预警指标的确定、评价模型的构建以及警情反馈系统的研究,并对宿迁市运河文化大桥进行了案例分析,针对分析结果提出了风险控制建议。本论文改进了以往其他相似项目预警系统完整性与逻辑性存在问题,将大型连续梁桥预警系统整合成了一个完整的、持续性的有机整体。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of the transportation industry, bridges play a more and more important role in highway transportation. However, accidents occur frequently in the construction of large-scale bridges in China, which not only cause enormous economic losses, but also cause a large number of casualties. Risk warning in the construction of large-scale bridges is to ensure construction safety and avoid accidents. This paper first analyzes the causes of accidents of more than 30 bridges in recent years. Combining with bridge construction technology and management methods, it summarizes the accident-prone causes of large bridges in construction and lays a foundation for the construction of the whole early warning system and the establishment of the index system. Reason analysis, combined with the existing scholars'research on the early warning system theory, discussed the similar projects such as coal mine, earthquake and other accident early warning system, analyzed its common characteristics with large girder bridge engineering, found out the unique features of large girder bridge, according to ISO31000 standard risk management theory, built a large continuous girder bridge early warning system framework. The system is mainly composed of two parts: management subsystem and executive word system. Different from the existing similar early warning system, the early warning organization system and the improved system are joined and the operation mechanism of the bridge early warning system is studied. Based on organization theory and early warning system theory, this paper constructs the early warning organizational structure of large girder bridge, determines its personnel composition and responsibilities, and finally describes the work process of the organization. This paper improves the integrity and logic of the early warning system of other similar projects in the past, and integrates the large continuous beam bridge early warning system into a complete and continuous one.
