关于混凝土梁桥荷载试验的误差探讨

【摘要】:随着我国国民经济的发展,公路交通事业快速发展,交通运输量大幅度增长,行车密度及车辆载重越来越大,重型车辆日益增多,在现有公路桥梁中,数以万计的旧桥,有相当一部分己不能满足使用上的要求,技术状况处于危险状态,部分重要构件出现严重缺损,桥梁承载能力明显降低并直接危及桥梁安全。对桥梁结构进行检测评定,客观真实的评价桥梁承载能力是维持桥梁安全运营的有效措施。相比塌桥所造成的社会、经济和人员生命财产损失而言,准确掌握桥梁结构承载能力,具有深远的意义和影响。本文将针对桥梁检测评定中存在一些容易产生测量误差和理论计算误差的因素进行详细分析,以算例的形式给出误差因素所造成的影响,使桥梁荷载试验能真正的达到检验桥梁承载能力的目的。为此,本文主要从四个方面进行了说明:○1针对成桥荷载试验,讨论了测量误差及误差消除的方法;○2详细分析了桥梁静载试验理论分析误差的影响因素,对目前成桥荷载试验中常规做法进行分析研究,讨论了各误差因素对理论分析结果的影响;○3详细分析了桥梁动载试验理论分析误差的影响因素,对影响动载试验理论计算值准确性的各种因素及其影响大小进行详细分析;○4综合上述结果,对于如何获得桥梁荷载试验合理的理论数据提出了相应建议。本文最后总结了减小混凝土梁桥荷载误差可采用的几种方法,为搞好桥梁承载能力的检测与评定工作具有一定的指导意义。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's national economy, the rapid development of highway traffic, the volume of traffic growth, traffic density and vehicle load is increasing, heavy vehicles are increasing day by day, in the existing highway bridges, tens of thousands of old bridges, Some of them can not meet the requirements of application, the technical condition is in a dangerous state, some important components appear serious defect, the bearing capacity of the bridge is obviously reduced and directly endangers the bridge safety. It is an effective measure to maintain the safe operation of the bridge by testing and evaluating the bridge structure and evaluating the bearing capacity of the bridge objectively and truthfully. Compared with the society, economy and loss of life and property caused by bridge collapse, it is of profound significance and influence to accurately grasp the bearing capacity of bridge structure. This paper will analyze in detail some factors which are easy to produce measurement error and theoretical calculation error in bridge detection and evaluation, and give the influence of error factors in the form of calculation example. So that the bridge load test can really achieve the purpose of testing the bridge bearing capacity. For this reason, this paper mainly explains from four aspects that the measurement error and its elimination method are discussed in detail, and the influence factors of theoretical analysis error of bridge static load test are analyzed in detail. This paper analyzes and studies the conventional methods of bridge load test at present, and discusses the influence of various error factors on the theoretical analysis results. The influence factors of theoretical analysis error of bridge dynamic load test are analyzed in detail. The factors affecting the accuracy of theoretical calculation values of dynamic load test and their influences are analyzed in detail and the above results are analyzed in detail. The corresponding suggestions on how to obtain reasonable theoretical data of bridge load test are put forward. At the end of this paper, several methods to reduce the load error of concrete girder bridge are summarized, which have certain guiding significance for the detection and evaluation of the bridge bearing capacity.
