多次连续荡移法在驸马长江大桥岸坡区钢箱梁安装中的应用

【摘要】:跨江河悬索桥浅滩及岸坡区钢箱梁的安装常采用支架法,但考虑到驸马长江大桥南北岸岸坡区地势险峻,采用传统支架法工期长、成本高。因此,项目技术团队通过技术研究和方案模拟论证,提出了一种不受地形地势影响的施工方法——"跨缆吊+加长吊索+水平索"多次连续荡移法安装岸坡区钢箱梁。通过该项技术在驸马长江大桥的成功应用,取得了很好的经济效益和社会效益,具有广泛的推广价值。
[Abstract]:The steel box girder of the suspension bridge across the river is usually installed with the support method, but considering the steep topography of the south and north bank of the son-in-law Yangtze River Bridge, the traditional scaffolding method is used for long construction period and high cost. Therefore, through technical research and scheme simulation, the project technical team put forward a construction method, which is not affected by topography and topography, that is, "the horizontal cable of the span cable hoisting and lengthening the slings" is used to install the steel box girder in the bank slope area for many times. Through the successful application of this technique in the Yangtze River Bridge of the son-in-law, good economic and social benefits have been obtained, and it has extensive popularization value.
