基于运营数据的出租车违规行为研究

【摘要】:为解决相关管理部门对出租车经营违规行为监管处于事后获取或采用巡查方式的问题,为管理部门对出租车加强事前预防和管理决策提供有力保障,利用时间序列匹配GPS数据与计价器数据,通过地图匹配方法、Dijkstra算法、计价器获取了不同的里程数据。分析了出租车GPS里程和最短路径、GPS里程与计价器里程、GPS里程计算费用与计价器费用的关系。经过对连续一段时间内数据的统计分析,计算了上述关系的比值。采用D-S证据理论方法,以里程、时间、费用作为约束指标,综合判别了其行为是否违规,并将分析结果直观显示在地图上。利用深圳市2015年9月8日至2015年11月7日16 275辆出租车GPS数据和计价器数据进行了实例验证,经过与管理部门进行核对,发现其查处的违规车辆均在分析结果中有所体现,由此说明该方法切实有效。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the relevant management department obtained or adopted the method of inspection afterwards, the management department can provide sufficient protection for the taxi to strengthen the beforehand prevention and management decision. Using time series to match GPS data and meter data, different mileage data are obtained by using map matching method named Dijkstra algorithm. This paper analyzes the relationship between GPS mileage of taxi and the shortest path of GPS mileage and the calculation cost of meter mileage and meter cost. Through the statistical analysis of the data for a continuous period of time, the ratio of the above relation is calculated. The D-S evidence theory is used to judge whether the behavior is illegal or not with mileage, time and cost as the constraint index, and the analysis results are displayed directly on the map. The GPS data and meter data of 16,275 taxis in Shenzhen City from September 8, 2015 to November 7, 2015 are used to verify. After checking with the management, it is found that the illegal vehicles investigated and dealt with are all reflected in the analysis results. This shows that the method is effective and effective.
