水性环氧树脂改性乳化沥青粘层抗剪性能的检验

【摘要】:针对沥青路面因层间黏结性能不足而导致路面结构出现推移、拥包等病害现象,研究环氧乳化沥青粘层在不同环氧乳化沥青洒布量、不同试验温度和不同正应力条件下的抗剪强度,运用摩尔-库伦原理得到黏结力和内摩阻角.借助Ansys有限元软件对5种代表性路面结构进行层间剪应力计算,根据计算所得层间最大剪应力和抗剪强度,对环氧乳化沥青粘层进行抗剪疲劳性能和抗剪极限性能检验.结果表明:抗剪强度随正应力的增大近似呈线性增大,且在60℃高温条件下,环氧乳化沥青粘层的最佳洒布量为0.8 kg·m~(-2);当洒布量和正应力相同时,由于黏结力的减小,抗剪强度随温度升高而逐渐减小;5种路面结构在100 k N和200 k N荷载作用下,层间最大剪应力分别小于容许剪应力和抗剪强度,沥青面层不会产生剪切疲劳破坏及高温重载作用下的极限剪切破坏.
[Abstract]:In view of the defects of pavement structure caused by insufficient interlayer adhesion performance, the paper studied the amount of epoxy emulsified asphalt coating sprayed in different epoxy emulsified asphalt. The bonding force and the angle of internal friction are obtained by using the Mohr-Coulomb principle under different experimental temperatures and different normal stress conditions. The interlaminar shear stress of five typical pavement structures was calculated by using Ansys software. According to the maximum interlaminar shear stress and shear strength calculated, the shear fatigue performance and shear limit performance of epoxy emulsified asphalt adhesive layer were tested. The results show that the shear strength increases linearly with the increase of normal stress, and the optimum spraying amount of epoxy emulsified asphalt adhesive is 0.8 kg m ~ (-2) at high temperature of 60 鈩,
