带吊梁的MSS55移动模架的施工技术研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, because of the advantages of procedure, short construction period, easy control of linear shape, wide application range and small traffic impact, the moving mould frame method stands out among many bridge construction methods. However, the construction technology of moving die frame with span of 55 m and above is not well studied. In this paper, the MSS55 moving mould construction machine with suspended beam in the 13th section of the beachway approach bridge of Dongting Lake Bridge is taken as the research object. On the basis of summing up the existing achievements and the existing problems, according to the practical construction experience of the MSS55 type moving mould frame with suspension beam, The construction technology is analyzed and studied in detail, and some valuable conclusions are obtained. The finite element program MIDAS FEA is used to calculate the structure of MSS55 type moving die frame with suspension beam. The whole safety and stability of the movable die frame are studied, and the whole process of continuous beam construction is simulated by FBR_CAL_SUO. The theoretical values of deflection and stress in key working conditions are obtained, the test scheme is compiled and preloading test is carried out, and the stress and deflection data of key control section of field preloading test are collected. The deformation and stress variation of the die frame under different test loads are obtained. By comparing the test data of preloading experiment with the theoretical calculation data obtained by FBR_CAL_SUO, the safety of the movable die frame is verified and the continuous beam is built with the moving die frame. The deflection measured values of each monitoring section under three key control conditions of tensioning prestress and falling formwork are compared and analyzed with the theoretical calculated values based on FBR_CAL_SUO software, and the structural parameters are corrected. A reasonable pre-arch is obtained by analyzing the whole process of the modification. The characteristics of the moving die frame method are studied, and the safety assurance measures for the construction of the MSS55 type movable die frame with suspended beam are put forward, and the detailed requirements for routine inspection and maintenance are given in the form of a table. For its daily use, maintenance and maintenance, normal safety construction to provide the basis.
