基于PLC的自选车位堆垛式立体车库研究
[Abstract]:With the reform and opening up, China's rapid economic development, urban construction, culture and living standards have been further improved. At the same time, the employment and resident population is increasing gradually, and the urban road and other infrastructure can not meet the needs of the expanding population. The traffic jams in major cities in China are getting worse gradually, the number of parking spaces in cities is far from meeting the actual needs of residents, and there has been a serious situation of parking on roads, occupying public spaces, and so on. In order to improve our living environment and eliminate all kinds of hidden dangers caused by random parking, the stereoscopic garage technology has been introduced in our country. The three-dimensional garage can meet the needs of all levels of users without the restriction of the surrounding environment and the construction site size. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to design a stable, safe and easy-to-operate stereo garage. In this paper, the self-selected parking space stacking stereoscopic garage based on PLC is studied, which synthetically considers the current market demand, user type and use site, etc., and mainly takes the detachable steel structure as the whole frame of the garage. The stacker movement mechanism is designed as the power mechanism of the garage and Siemens STEP7-300 PLC is used as the control center. At the same time, the industrial control touch screen TP270 is selected as the man-machine exchange equipment, and the software of Win CC flexible is used to configure the touch screen. The user can use the touch screen to choose the parking position independently, and the inverter MM440 can be used to realize the frequency conversion speed regulation of the motor. PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus communication network is used for data communication, which makes data transmission more efficient. The three-dimensional garage studied in this paper has the advantages of reasonable structure, stable operation performance, convenient access to the vehicle, and the whole storage process is carefully debugged, the data is reliable, meets all kinds of market demands, and has strong practicability.
