推耙机工作装置结构应力分析与优化研究
[Abstract]:In this paper, according to the phenomenon of weld crack, deformation and fracture of H-shaped frame which appeared since the operation of a push-rake machine, through theoretical mechanics solution and ADAMS simulation analysis, the force and strength of the working device of the push-Harrow machine are obtained respectively. The accuracy of the results of stress and strength analysis by the above two methods is verified by test and test. Through investigation and research of H-frame design in other enterprises, 5 kinds of H-frame design schemes are analyzed and the best scheme is selected. In this paper, the theoretical mechanics is solved and calculated, the force and strength of the working device of the push-rake machine are analyzed, and the limit working load of the H-type frame can be obtained when the load is biased. ANSYS is used to analyze the transient impact of the external force on the working device of the push-rake machine. The results show that the maximum stress exceeds the limit stress of the material, the stress of the hinge points of the H-type frame is obtained by ADAMS simulation analysis, and the accuracy of the theoretical solution and simulation analysis is verified by testing the stress of the working device of the rake press and the pressure of the cylinder. Through the analysis and comparison of the H-shaped frame in five sections under three working conditions, an optimal H-frame scheme is selected, and a new type of H-frame structure is proposed, both of which can effectively avoid the problem of weld cracking.
