出租车车载信息服务研究
[Abstract]:Taxi is an important part of urban public transportation system. Its "wave and stop" model has played a great role in facilitating passengers, bringing great convenience to people's travel, but at the same time, it has also produced many problems, such as high vacancy rate and increased cost and expenditure. It also increases road congestion. In addition, such as the heavy labor intensity of drivers, the difficulty of driving in remote areas, fatigue driving, increasing vehicle exhaust emissions, the impact on air quality and so on, are all due to the problems caused by "waving and stopping" and "sweeping the road" mode of operation. In view of the above problems, this paper introduces the train of thought to solve these problems through "vehicle Information Service". Vehicle information service (Telematics) is also known as vehicle remote information processing. It is composed of Telecommun--ication (remote communication) and Informatics (information, intelligence). The vehicle information service application computer, satellite positioning, communication, sensing and other technologies, through the exchange of information with cars, to provide traffic information to drivers and passengers, road rescue, Remote diagnostics, information and entertainment services. Vehicle information service system is also an important subsystem of intelligent transportation. With on-board information services, the car will no longer be an isolated unit, but an active network node. Vehicle information system can form an independent network in the vehicle, and it is also a node of the world network, so it can provide many corresponding services. From the computer field, the vehicle-mounted information system is a mobile computing platform. The automobile not only obtains the traffic information from the outside, but also becomes the information provider. At present, the on-board information service system for taxi is mainly taxi GPS service system and taxi hailing software service system, which is still in the stage of trial and promotion. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1. The GPS service system of taxi is studied. This paper analyzes the technical support, working principle and service items of the system, and studies the system in Yinchuan taxi GPS control center in Ningxia. The advantages and disadvantages of the system are analyzed objectively. 2. The software service system of ride-hailing is studied. By analyzing the development course, working principle and using program of the ride-hailing software and testing the system itself, the advantages and disadvantages of the ride-hailing software are analyzed objectively. 3. Based on whether we can solve the problems faced by the taxi industry in our country, the characteristics of these two information service systems are comprehensively compared and a more perfect and scientific taxi service system is developed. These include: the addition of a taxi ride service platform, the provision of on-board advertising screens, and the addition of three updates to the love aid system; and the integration of the taxi hailing software into the on-board system. Improve the driver order rules and ban the "black car" three improvements; retain their own advantages and combine to build three quality services.
