沥青表面能试验方法与试验条件

【摘要】:从操作可行性角度,在现有沥青表面能试验方法中筛选出Wilhelmy吊片法和躺滴法进行研究,通过室内试验对比分析了以上2种试验方法的原理、过程、条件以及数据,并基于试验结果评价了Wilhelmy吊片法的试验条件对表面能参数测试结果的影响.结果表明:采用Wilhelmy吊片法和躺滴法进行沥青表面能测试均可行有效,其中Wilhelmy吊片法在试验样品准备、试验温度控制、试验时对液滴量的控制以及试验数据的有效性和稳定性上更优;沥青的表面能主要由范德华力提供,表面能参数中酸碱力作用较小;表面能测试过程和试验条件会显著影响表面能参数的测试结果,建议Wilhelmy吊片法的试件保温处理条件为120℃且保温2h,测试时间控制在20~60s,室温养生时间不超过3d.
[Abstract]:From the point of view of operational feasibility, Wilhelmy hanging plate method and lying drop method are screened out from existing asphalt surface energy test methods. The principle, process, conditions and data of the above two test methods are compared and analyzed through laboratory tests. Based on the experimental results, the influence of the test conditions of the Wilhelmy method on the surface energy parameters was evaluated. The results show that the surface energy of asphalt can be measured effectively by Wilhelmy hanging plate method and lying drop method, in which the Wilhelmy hanging plate method is used to prepare the test sample and the test temperature is controlled. The surface energy of asphalt is mainly supplied by van der Waals force, and the effect of acid and base force on the surface energy parameter is small. The process and conditions of surface energy test will significantly affect the test results of surface energy parameters. It is suggested that the heat preservation conditions of Wilhelmy hanging plate method are 120 鈩,
