作用及作用组合修订对标准跨径公路砼桥梁设计的影响研究

【摘要】:针对近年来桥梁建设过程中出现的问题,以及桥梁施工中积累的经验和技术,交通部于2015年颁布了系列规范,以解决原规范在新时期的适应性问题。作为桥梁设计的指导性文件,《公路桥涵设计通用规范》(JTG D60-2015)和《公路钢筋混凝土及预应力混凝土桥涵设计规范》(JTG D62-2015)的修订对我国广泛使用的中小跨径混凝土梁桥的设计影响很大。论文结合交通运输部颁布的《通用图》选取常用标准跨径简支板和简支T梁作为样本进行设计计算,对新旧桥梁规范修订部分进行了对比、研究,并评估了新规范下《通用图》的适用性。主要完成内容如下:(1)论文通过对新旧规范的学习、理解和分析,归纳总结了新规范在材料取用、荷载效应及其组合方式、抗裂验算、挠度计算等方面的修订,着重讨论了新旧规范汽车荷载及其相关系数取值的差异。(2)对样本桥梁在新旧规范下分别进行承载能力极限状态和正常使用极限状态计算。根据持久状况和短暂状况计算,得到作用效应、截面承载力、应力及挠度等计算数据,并进行对比分析。结果表明:新规范显著提高了中小跨径简支梁桥的内力设计值,其中跨中弯矩设计值最大增幅达30%。同时,新规范通过对公式及荷载效应的修订,提高了对构件裂缝宽度、抗裂性的控制,简化了钢筋混凝土板桥的挠度计算。(3)依据上述计算结果验算了新规范下《通用图》的适用性。研究表明:对钢筋混凝土板桥,《通用图》不满足承载力要求;对预应力混凝土梁桥,《通用图》可继续适用,但安全储备有所减小。该研究可为桥梁设计人员参考《通用图》设计提供理论依据,并为原桥梁在新规范标准下能否继续服役提供参考。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems in the process of bridge construction in recent years, as well as the experience and technology accumulated in the bridge construction, the Ministry of Communications issued a series of specifications in 2015 to solve the adaptability of the original code in the new period. As a guiding document for bridge design, the revision of the General Code for Highway Bridge and culvert Design (JTG D60-2015) and the Design Code for Highway reinforced concrete and Prestressed concrete Bridges and culverts (JTG D62-2015) has a great impact on the design of medium and small span concrete beam bridges widely used in China. Combined with the "General drawing" issued by the Ministry of Communications and Transport, the standard span simply supported plate and simply supported T-beam are selected as samples for design and calculation, and the revised part of new and old bridge code is compared and studied. The applicability of Universal Diagram under the new specification is evaluated. The main contents are as follows: (1) through the study, understanding and analysis of the new and old codes, the paper summarizes the revision of the new code in the aspects of material use, load effect and its combination, crack checking calculation, deflection calculation, etc. The difference of vehicle load and its correlation coefficient between old and new codes is discussed emphatically. (2) the limit state of bearing capacity and the limit state of normal use of the sample bridges are calculated under the new and old codes respectively. According to the calculation of the lasting and transient conditions, the calculated data of the action effect, the bearing capacity of the section, the stress and the deflection are obtained, and the results are compared and analyzed. The results show that the design value of internal force of small and medium span simply supported beam bridge is improved remarkably by the new code, and the maximum increase of the design value of mid-span moment is as high as 30%. At the same time, the new code improves the control of crack width and crack resistance by revising the formula and load effect. The deflection calculation of reinforced concrete slab bridge is simplified. (3) based on the above calculation results, the applicability of the general drawing under the new code is calculated. The results show that the universal drawing can not meet the bearing capacity requirement for reinforced concrete slab bridges, and the general drawing can be used for prestressed concrete beam bridges, but the safety reserve is reduced. The research can provide a theoretical basis for bridge designers to refer to the design of the Universal Diagram, as well as a reference for whether the original bridge can continue to be in service under the new standard.
