基于有机降粘型添加剂的温拌橡胶沥青混合料设计与性能研究

【摘要】:橡胶轮胎在各种气候条件下都具有良好的使用性能,故而将橡胶粉加入到沥青中可以改善沥青混合料的路用性能的作用;然而橡胶沥青的生产和拌合温度过高限制了橡胶沥青的大范围推广应用,温拌剂可以降低橡胶沥青的生产和拌合温度,在本文中以Leadcap温拌剂为代表对有机降粘型温拌橡胶沥青混合料进行研究分析。本文主要研究了三方面的内容,第一方面是温拌橡胶沥青的技术机理、制备工艺和沥青性能,在沥青性能方面通过对比温拌橡胶沥青老化前后针入度、软化点、延度的试验结果得知:橡胶粉的加入改善沥青的耐老化性能,Leadcap温拌剂可以改善沥青的温度敏感性,在软化点和低温延度方面具有较好的表现;通过DSR试验表明橡胶沥青的高温抗车辙能力随胶粉掺量的增加而提升,Leadcap温拌剂也可提高橡胶沥青的抗车辙能力;通过不同掺量的橡胶粉和Leadcap温拌剂的沥青试验可分析得:最佳橡胶粉掺量为22%(外掺)、最佳温拌剂掺量为2.0%。第二方面内容是橡胶沥青混合料级配设计和温拌橡胶沥青混合料降温幅度的确定,将调好级配的橡胶沥青混合料通过旋转压实试验得到在做同等压实功的条件下温拌橡胶沥青混合料碾压温度160℃时碾压效果最佳,温拌橡胶沥青混合料碾压温度150℃时碾压效果最差;当满足Superpave设计方法沥青混合料的空隙率(Va)4%的设计要求时,Leadcap温拌剂可使得橡胶沥青混合料最高降温幅度为32℃;温拌橡胶沥青混合量出料温度降低25℃后,马歇尔稳定度有所提高的同时流值也在增加,但马歇尔模数略有提高也就是从马歇尔指标来说温拌橡胶沥青混合料降温25℃后与橡胶沥青混合料差别不大,可进行下一步性能验证。第三方面的内容是温拌橡胶沥青混合料的性能验证,通过汉堡试验、车辙试验、冻融劈裂试验和OT试验验证温拌橡胶沥青混合料的高温性能、水稳定性和抗开裂性能,通过实验分析可得:相比较普通沥青混合料,橡胶沥青混合料的高温抗车辙性能表现有较大提升,Leadcap温拌剂对沥青混合料的高温抗车辙性能也有促进作用,相比较AC-20沥青混合料AR-AC-20沥青混合料水稳定性提升8.9%,Leadcap温拌剂对沥青混合料的水稳定性能有不利影响,AR-AC-20沥青混合料抗开裂能力是AC-20的五倍。本文研究内容可为温拌橡胶沥青AC-20类型沥青混合料的胶粉和温拌剂掺量的确定、配合比设计和性能分析提供参考的借鉴。
[Abstract]:Rubber tires have good performance in various climatic conditions, so adding rubber powder to asphalt can improve the road performance of asphalt mixture. However, the production and mixing temperature of rubber asphalt is too high, which limits the wide application of rubber asphalt, and the warm mix agent can reduce the production and mixing temperature of rubber asphalt. In this paper, the Leadcap warm-mix agent is used as the representative to study and analyze the organic viscosity-reducing warm-mixed rubber asphalt mixture. The main contents of this paper are as follows: on the one hand, the technical mechanism, preparation process and asphalt performance of warm rubber asphalt are studied. In the aspect of asphalt performance, the penetration and softening point of warm rubber asphalt are compared before and after aging. The results of ductility test show that the addition of rubber powder can improve the aging resistance of asphalt, Leadcap warm mix agent can improve the temperature sensitivity of asphalt, and it has better performance in softening point and low temperature ductility. The DSR test shows that the rutting resistance of rubber asphalt at high temperature increases with the increase of rubber powder content, and the rutting resistance of rubber asphalt can be improved by Leadcap warm mix agent. Through the asphalt test of rubber powder and Leadcap warm mix agent with different amount, it can be concluded that the optimum rubber powder content is 22% (external), and the best warm mix agent amount is 2.0%. The second aspect is the gradation design of rubber asphalt mixture and the determination of the cooling range of warm mix rubber asphalt mixture. Through the rotary compaction test, the rubber asphalt mixture with adjusted grading is obtained the best rolling effect when the rolling temperature of the mixture is 160 鈩,
